I do not like these supplements at all. I take another brand of collagen and wanted to explore using a brand that would provide the same dosage that I currently take without having to take so many tablets. Also, I wanted the collagen to come from a purely vegetarian source. These are capsules and I would have to also take six of these capsules to get the same dose of collagen that I get with my current tablets so these are sitting in my cabinet while I continue to use my other tablets. I should've read the label more carefully because I need to take a high dose of collagen.
