At first, I was not impressed but I must not have shaken the bottle to mix it up. Since then I used it quite a bit and it has a nice mellow heat to it. Its perfect for baked buffalo wings to help the rub to stay on, help the wings get crispy and enhance the heat level it's awesome.It's great on pizza, Italian subs anything you would use olive oil on that needs heat. Just be sure to shack well before use :)

So glad I found the Naples chipotle hot sauce/olive oil. Years ago I purchased Stonewall Kitchen chipotle oil and fell in love with the flavor. However they have discontinued their great oil. The Naples oil is a close 2nd to the Stonewall recipe. We add it to many dishes and even eggs. Gives a great subtle spicy and smokey flavor.

Wow! Here is a taste of Italy. Red pepper my favorite!
This is great. Not to extreme, but you do get a sweet amount of heat and BIG flavor.Naples my dad came over from Salerno, Italy in 1922, so I had the pleasure of "real Italian" food and family. Thank you. Your products bring me back with great memories. I've got to go and cook something to use it on again!

Please sell again. Miss this oil. I used it in cooking vegtables and chicken. Awesome.
I love this product. Why don't they sell it? Would buy several more bottle if I could. Have not found another product like this that I liked nearly as much. Please..please sell again.

Loved it.
I bought both the red pepper and the chipotle toppings. I’m somewhat of a traditionalist when it comes to pizza, so I preferred the red pepper on my pizza, but the chipotle was still very good on it. I did take the company’s recommendation and tried the chipotle with fettuccini alfredo, and this was very delicious! I do eat a lot of Indian food, which has a lot of sauce-based entrées, and both the EVOO & red pepper and EVOO & chipotle compliment this food very well – as I think they would compliment any sauce-based food! Big thumbs up on both these products!

Excellent!
Delicious! It was gone within 2 weeks. Used it as a drizzle over roasted asparagus and gourmet potatoes. Nice kick but not too hot.
