As an avid gardener, I'm always on the lookout for unique and beautiful plants to add to my garden. When I discovered Mammoth Sunflower Seeds, I knew I had found something special. These sunflowers not only provide a stunning visual impact but also serve an important ecological purpose in attracting pollinators.Upon receiving the seeds, I was pleased with the packaging and the clear planting instructions provided. I eagerly sowed the seeds in my garden, and within just a few days, the seedlings had sprouted. I was impressed by the vigor and health of the young plants. As the weeks went by, these Mammoth Sunflowers began to live up to their name. The stalks grew tall and strong, ultimately reaching heights of up to 12 feet! The gigantic flower heads, with their radiant golden-yellow petals and deep chocolate-brown centers, became the focal point of my garden. The sheer novelty of the towering plants brought a sense of awe and amazement to all who saw them. But it wasn't just the height of these sunflowers that made them a standout addition to my garden. I quickly noticed the increased activity of pollinators, including bees and butterflies, as they eagerly flocked to the sunflowers. This was a clear testament to the fact that Mammoth Sunflowers are not only beautiful but also extremely beneficial for the environment. In addition to their visual appeal and support for pollinators, these sunflowers produced an abundance of seeds that could be harvested for snacking or replanting the following year. This made the Mammoth Sunflower not only a stunning garden addition but a practical one as well.In conclusion, these Mammoth Sunflower Seeds exceeded my expectations in every way. Amazing and resilient!!
These are fantastic - I planted them in March and by the end of July they tower above me and have started blooming. I am not a gardner, and really wasn't sure if they'd make it. I originally planted them elsewhere, but then we had to do construction so I saved the then-seedlings and moved them elsewhere. I am absolutely amazed at how well they've done. <3

Sprouted fast and easy.
I got these to put on the back of my fence line since a tree fell and crushed all my bushes. These sprouted in only a few days to a week. sadly my chickens ate the sprouts shortly after, will have to sprout more soon, but they did great for a couple weeks until eaten.

NOT MAMMOTH, did not bloom
These germinated well enough in April / May and now by August they are all under 2 feet tall and none have even bloomed. A waste of time and effort - will not buy again!

Low Maintenance and Impressive
As you can see, we used giant sunflowers as bookends, and we love the effect. A very rainy spring caused our first planting to apparently rot in the ground. A second planting went without a hitch. We live on a high ridge top with occasional strong winds, and these plants held their own. There is some variability in variety.

Definitely didn't get mammoth....
I have been a gardener for 7 years my wife and I love gardening everything from vegetables to flowers to different types of plants. This isn't my first season growing sunflowers I typically like to grow them to harvest the seeds so I always look for Mammoth I was hoping that's what I got but it definitely wasn't and far from it. The sunflowers were very pretty and grew to about the size of a small coffee saucer in my opinion a mammoth sunflowers stock should be really big and large and the sunflower itself should be the size of a large frisbee but that wasn't the case. Definitely will not be buying these again I waited months for my mammoth and I didn't get it got something sub par.
