So far so good
The socks fit perfectly - snug but comfortable - and they look to be of good quality. I am happy with my purchase and would recommend them. The follow up email and the note in the package from the seller were a nice touch.I do have one piece of advice. They are not meant for wearing on hard, abrasive surfaces. Doing so will wear down or tear the silicone/rubber 'grip dots' (for want of a better term) on the bottom. I took the socks for a 'test drive' at my community pool to check them out. The bottom and sides of the pool are a little rough and can be hard on the feet after a time, so although I did not buy them for this reason, I had thought I might use them sometimes for this purpose. I found out afterwards that the pool surface had caused wear in the area of the ball of the foot. I don't consider this to be a product defect and I chalk it up to 'user error'. I do not foresee any issues with using them for their intended purpose (keeping my feet warm and protected at the beach and rivers when exploring/hiking/wading etc).

Great product
I've ordered two pairs of these and the quality is great, and the price is very good. These are as good as ones that are more expensive. I use them for swimming in the ocean including in places with sea urchins, and I've stepped on urchins several times and these have protected me. Also in places with sharp barnacles on rocks underwater, and they also protected my feet. They're also thick enough to keep my feet warm in water that's somewhat cold. If it's very cold, I put a pair of lower-cut wet sox from another company on under these and have two layers. I put these on top because the ankles go higher, and they have a strap to tighten them at the top to reduce water flow into your feet area so they stay warmer. These plus wet suit shorts and vest allow me to swim in the ocean about double the number of months I normally could. With shorts and a vest, you have a lot of range of motion and you don't even really notice them on you. If it's very cold, you can also double up the vests and shorts, and stay fairly warm in cold water. I don't like full wetsuits for swimming in because they restrict movement too much.Anyway, having your feet warm makes a big difference. I think after you use these (or ones from other brands) you won't want to go back to bare feet in cooler water. And you'll be able to swim more months out of the year. They form fit your feet like regular socks, so much so that I don't even notice them while swimming.

But They Feel So Good!
Although these neoprene socks aren't quite snug enough for my skinny feet to wear with swim fins, I finally have to admit nothing is, so they should not be faulted. Despite the failing of my feet, these socks are still a delight. The print is marvelous, attractive and not at all garish, and the smooth, soft fabric feels gentle and warm on my feet, so I just can't give them up and have decided to keep them and wear them about the house. Nobody else has feet as skinny as mine, so I feel certain others will enjoy their comfort while in the water. I wish I could!

Fit Like A Glove
My XL is pretty easy to put on and take off. They hug my feet without pressure. I cannot wait to go on vacation and finally enjoy the ocean. These are very good if you experience neuropathy. Cool blue/black pattern. The entire inside is completely smooth - a fine job with the stitching. Nice mm thickness and nubby sole. Not sure I'll need the velcro ankle strap but it's good to have.

Strap needs more velcro
I bought these for my husband to use while competing in a Tough Mudder. He liked the low height, as he has thick calves and would have trouble pulling socks over them. They did keep his feet warmer than the "waterproof" snowboarding socks he has. The one drawback is that the ankle strap really cannot be tightened as much as he would like, as the strap can only secure to one small piece of velcro after being pulled tight around the ankle. The elastic in the strap is also a very thin, stretchy elastic and could be a bit sturdier to ensure snugness, although the elasticity did allow for more flexibility during the 24-hour race.

Warm and Comfortable
I ordered these socks for winter swimming in my pool. I have only worn them once (it's cold in there!!), but they kept my feet warm. I wore them under my water shoes which have a rubber sole, since they came with instructions not to wear them on concrete. That worked very well. These will serve my swimming purposes perfectly!

Look and Feel Sturdy
These water socks are easy to put on and take off, and seem sturdy. They are not thick — so not for really cold conditions, and I think they will work very well to keep sand and mud out of direct contact with my feet in the mild conditions I paddle in. One pair had a bad seam on the toe, and the seller quickly replaced them no questions asked.

Comfortable, Stay on, Easy to Remove
I got these to protect my feet while snorkeling in Baja and to wear when walking down the to water from camp. They're comfortable, no issues with staying on, and can be removed more easily than others I've tried in the past. If you have to negotiate sharp rock or broken shells before putting on your fins, you might find the soles a tad thin (definitely if crossing a paved surface with unavoidable pebbles or other debris.
