Excellent exercise DVD
Very quick delivery and my husband enjoys it very much. Being able to exercise in the privacy of our home is very important to him.

Exercise is my medicine!
I was diagnosed 3 years ago. I have opted to stay away from any medication as long as possible. I have been using the Undefeated and the brain and body bar dvds from day one. I just recently purchased the 5 minute workouts and the exercise ball dvds. Exercise is my medicine! I love all of them. I mix them up and never get tired of any of them. I really like the fact that I can choose whether to stand up or sit down each day. As I am sure you know, we have good days and not so good days. I am hoping you come out with more dvds in the coming years. I will need to change it up again! Thank you for your help in my journey ❤️Kris

AMAZING! A must have!!
I normally don’t write reviews on Amazon. However, I felt that this product deserved an accurate review for those that are skeptical. This video is an absolute godsend for those who have Parkinson’s. You won’t regret buying this product - it just takes 5 minutes for each workout. Each workout builds towards the next, and helps with the symptoms.

This is a great video. I am an active person who is living with Parkinson’s. Exercise is an important part of my treatment and this DVD is challenging and do-able at the same time. Shadow boxing is a key component of my exercise program and this DVD is perfect. It has three levels — all of which are challenging and give you a good aerobic workout. Also, check out Patrick’s other videos, which also provide challenging agility and strengthening workouts. I’m surprised by the other review that questions the quality of the DVDs. I find the quality fine and I love the scenery that he has chosen to work out in. Highly recommended.

The best workout for Parkinson’s
This absolutely the best workout for balance and Parkinson’s. My husbands has Parkinson and needed a dvd to help him with his balance. He is so excited that it is helping.

Disappointing
I was immediately struck by the amateurish film quality. Instructions seem reasonably clear and the instructor is earnest and encouraging. Workouts are merely okay because it's painful to watch the instructor attempt to demonstrate the techniques. Certainly doesn't feel professional in any sense.I think the value of this video depends on where you are in the progression of the disease. I exercise a lot which has slowed down my progression and I found this video not suitable for my fitness level. I picked up the video because my Parkinson's specialist recommended I look into boxing as part of my exercise regime. After suffering through working through this video, I've actually done better with a boxing oriented exercise video series on a streaming service. The problem with that approach of course is that it's oriented to younger people who don't have balance issues. But it's a reasonable stopgap strategy.Fortunately here in Honolulu, it is possible to attend live Parkinson's oriented boxing classes which I intend to do as my disease progresses since I think boxing is a great workout for people with PD and the science seems to support it.Bottom line: if you can't find a live class, this video can introduce you to boxing fundamentals and provides reasonable workouts depending on your disease status. You just need to be aware that can be painful to watch the instructor.
