Ingrid & Isabel Bellaband - Seamless Maternity Belly Band for Women - Essential Pregnancy Postpartum Jeans & Pants Extender

I bought this bellyband at 4 months pregnant to support my pregnancy as I did not want to replace all my pants with maternity leggings.Note that you will only receive ONE (1) item, and not 2 as advertised, which was disappointing.The product itself functions well, and holds the elasticity just right for me now at 6 months. I am size XS (UK Size 6, US size 0 or 0P) and use size 1 based on the instructions. Given how it hold on me, I would suggest anyone UK size 10 onwards to upsize as the band may be very stretched at uncomfortable level - this does not happen to me yet. It is easy to put on, and does not pressure my belly which is a plus. Overall I am happy with the product, but pricey for only 1 item.

These added a few weeks of extra life into my pre pregnancy jeans! Would recommend! Definitely better than making yourself miserable by trying to squeeze in! Not sure if this will help headed into third trimester or not.

Not the best and not the worst. I found that the band would constantly slide and move around no matter which way I put the rubber band portion. The band worked better during the early days of pregnancy when I would fold the band over itself. It’s comfortable, soft material but not too thick. Good material just wasn’t for me. I didn’t like needing to constantly pull the band down and adjust.

I have just entered my second trimester, but this is my third pregnancy, so I am showing early and already wearing mostly maternity clothes. However, I recently used the BellaBand with my regular pre-pregnancy size 14 hiking pants since they aren't available in maternity sizes. I used the BellaBand for three full days of hiking/climbing easy, moderate, and strenuous trails over various terrain (sand, dirt, gravel, slickrock, grass, pavement, stairs, rock, bridges, gorges) in three different national parks. I was pleasantly surprised by how well the BellaBand worked. It stayed in place (no rolling, sliding, or stretching out) and it kept my pants in place (no sagging or twisting). High temperatures averaged between 75 and 90 degrees and the BellaBand was just as comfortable under my t-shirts as a tank top would have been. Maternity t-shirts are pretty thin, so the button from my pants was somewhat visible through the band and the shirt, but not enough to really look bad or be uncomfortable. The only reason I didn't give this product 5 stars is because I did notice at the end of the trip that the silicone strip at the bottom of the band was cracking, which I think could be a problem for long-term use.

I bought this band in nude after purchasing the same band in black and really liking it. I have the same size in both bands (size 1), yet the nude band feels tighter and less stretchy than the black band (For reference I was a size 2 before pregnancy). Aside from the fact that the nude band seems to run a little smaller, I still really like the product. I gained almost 8 pounds during the first trimester and while my normal pants barely fit I was still way too small for pregnancy clothes, so these bands were lifesavers. As other reviewers have mentioned, you can't really wear tight tops with the bands because you can still see the outline of the pant zippers/button through the band, but in my opinion that's to be expected. I bought these bands to wear under flowy blouses to work that I normally have to wear a tank top under anyway. Because of this band I was able to hold off on buying maternity clothes until I was 23 weeks along! I know friends who have used these throughout the third trimester, but because my hips/butt got larger I couldn't fit into my old pants anymore (through no fault of the band, the band still fits fine even at 28 weeks along). I would definitely recommend this to other pregnant women!
