One nozzle was broken during shipment but was still operational if I held the nozzle just right. Quite pricey compared to what it sells for in the store but it was difficult to find in store so I paid the extra so I could have it.

Finally, I received mousse that did not come damaged or top piece being broken!!!I have ordered on Amazon for a long time, ever since time I order mousse it was not usable and such a waste. This is the first time purchasing from this seller and I am pleased that mousse is in perfect condtion and as described.

My 2B/3A curls love this! I’m a 2A with a ton of frizz without it. With this mousse my curls are more defined and manageable. I get compliments on my hair a lot now. I tried other brands, including more expensive ones, and always end up back with Totally Twisted. I definitely recommend trying it!

Applicator tip broke off before I could use, but works. Bottle is top heavy and hit the floor. I guess that's technically on me.As far as my hair looking wet/ crunchy like some reviews, yes and no.Where the product was applied heavier, yes. Otherwise, no.You can scrunch your dry hair with your hands and the wet look is gone.Hair texture is lightly wavy, layered and hits my bra band at the longest part.My hair is less frizzy this morning!
