I waited until long after my refund posted to give the seller the benefit of the doubt. Alas, what I experienced is what others elsewhere warned me about. The camera they advertise is not the one your receive. I have rather in-depth knowledge of security cameras and related systems. I went to the bother of asking the seller several detailed technical questions about the standards the camera uses. All replies fit what a modern 10X PTZ bullet camera should use at the time of the sale.What I received was an inferior camera that had none of the claimed features. Outside of testing the PT camera with two programs for security cameras, simply testing the camera they sold against a web interfaces illustrated that what they claimed the camera could do was totally fabricate.The long list of technical failures given back to the seller was the public reason why I received a refund.

I have purchased several ptz ip cameras. This is probably the best one so farPROS:*10x digital and 10x optical zoom is impressive and super clear at all zoom levels. Similar cameras in the same price range only have 10x optical*works with all browsers, this is huge!. Easy set up in Chrome browser. 99% of other brands only work with internet explorer and require activex, who uses either any more?*easy interface*good quality and good priceCONS:*Minimum Tilt degree is set at +5 degrees (+5 to +65 degrees). That means it cant go to level (0 degrees). All other PTZ bullet cams on Amazon go to -5 degrees which lets you also level it out at 0 degrees (-5 to +60 degrees) and be able to zoom level with the horizon. If you are mounting this up really high its not an issue, but I placed mine at 8 feet high and when I zoomed in it always zoomed at a downward angle making long distance horizontal zoom impossible*like most ip cameras, directions are minimal. A small disk is included in box. It has programs you can add to your computer for viewing etc.*nothing on box shows default IP or password, so if you need it default IP is 192.168.1.160 user name is "admin" and password is 12345Overall a GREAT camera, that is easy to set up even for the novice. I would buy again if they could adjust the tilt to include 0 degrees (horizontal)

AVOID THIS CAMERA AT ALL COSTS. THE IP ADDRESS TO THE CAMERA DOES NOT WORK #1. #2 THE SOFTWARE TO VIEW IT IS A NIGHTMARE TO INSTALL. IT GIVES MULTIPLE INSTALLATION ERRORS ON MULTIPLE COMPUTERS. THIS ISNT WORTH $1 IN MY OPINION DUE TO THE HEADACHE AND NIGHTMARE IT IS TO TRY AND INSTALL THE CAMERA. THE APP DOESNT WORK EITHER.THIS IS SOME JUNK SOMEONE IN CHINA THREW TOGETHER AND DIDNT CHECK ANYTHING. ITS HORRENDOUS. AVOID IT AT ALL COSTS IMO.

I was also surprised with this camera. Not many of these ptz bullet cameras around. Just a heads up, this is not a poe camera so you will need a 12v poe splitter
