Good bit of kit
Overall really good and does the job very well. The occasional crackle but this could be my issue not the kit.

Very Clear and Loud
I use this in work conference calls when there is limited equipment available. Easy to use just plug and play. Rock solid build quality and connects via USB c. Love it.

Ideal for office or small conference rooms
Really happy with this speaker. I dislike headsets and use this when working from home. I've used it on teams calls in conference rooms. Volume struggles when the room is bigger than approximately 3m x 5m but the mic copes really well.

Great when its not connected to a Dell.
I have mixed feelings about this speaker. It is really good when it's connected to my phone, but I bought this primarily to use with my work laptop. However, there are issues when connecting to certain laptops, for example Dell. I get crackling when connected to my laptop. Anker states in online documentation this is due to the laptop, and not the speaker. Regardless whose fault it is, it doesn’t work well with all laptops.

Excellent for Home Assistant + Rhasspy
I run a Home Assistant instance to control my IoT/Smart devices because I hate the idea of losing control of them if there's issues with the internet. However, I don't always want to have to use an app for it.For example, when waking up, I want to turn the lights on but I probably don't want to be trying to navigate through an app while my vision is still 'unblurring' (not to mention bright phone screens are the worst when just waking up). Likewise, when I'm heading to sleep, it's easier to tell it to turn off the lights instead of trying to use an app. With that in mind, it made sense to me to setup Rhasspy and use a decent quality microphone. I needed something that was sensitive enough to pick up my voice from across the other side of the room and which didn't require additional drivers to be installed. This microphone checks both boxes. I've trained Rhasspy to respond even when I'm whispering, and this microphone delivers on that point.

Not worth the money if you are looking for something with quality microphone
I don't know if I have received a defective product! but since using this, I have received complaints in meetings that they are not able to hear me properly. Also, the product stops working randomly and then works again! Such a shame as I was hoping it would resolve my issue with the inbuilt mic issue I have on my laptop.
