Great read
The Ketogenic Diet: 35 Simple & Delicious Ketogenic Diet Recipes for Fast Weight Loss by Sara Elliot Price was a very helpful read. This book had many delicious recipes for Ketogenic friendly foods. I can't wait to try these recipes.

Great resource
This book has a great detail on how to stick with the keto diet. Lots of great sounding recipes that I can’t wait to try.

Meh. Contradictory, misspelled and incomplete information.
Seems heavily Paleo-oriented. Some recipes include honey or maple syrup, while sugar alcohols are diminished out of hand. Strange/illogical flavor combos, Odd specifics like "counting my seasoning carbs" may just be a personal head scratcher (like, HOW much carbs can possibly be in that half-teaspoon of oregano?) Misspellings are common, but worst of all: NO nutritional information, forcing those of us who are tracking to manually calculate all our macros.

I tiok a look at the book and reciepts. They are pretty simple. I have tried a few and I think I can get used to this life style change. So yes I will give it a five star.

I did very much like this book
I did very much like this book. After doing some research. Paleo and Ketegenie are new names for Low Carb Diet. Pick a food life style you enjoy and follow it.

No nutritional content.
No macro or nutritional counts for recipes? Stopped reading. Maybe it's somewhere else in the book, but, doesn't matter, really. If you can't look at the recipe and see the macro count on a keto recipe, what's the point?

Simple, yes, but still too much stevia.
Meh on most of the recipes, but the pizza fast bombs and lemon balls...yum! Most of the recipes are very basic and found anywhere, but the advice is basically sound, so I'll give it that.
