Siren Song - Personal Security Alarm with Keychain

I ordered 3 of these for family members that I care about. I was very disappointed to see that there were NO instructions in the boxes. They come with 4 batteries, I spent time trying to unscrew the tiny screws so that I could put the batteries in one of them without success. Now the screw tops are stripped. I later discovered that if you pull the key ring apart from the device it alarmed which tells me there are batteries in it already....Great, now my concern is that there is no low battery indicator how will my loved ones know when the battery is getting low so it can be changed , if they are unable to get the screws out? What if an emergency occurs and they learn the hard way that they have a device with a dead battety. This company certainly could do a better job explaining this device,

The best thing about this is it's loud. You have to be careful because the pin comes out easily and the device will go off and frighten people. ( I guess that's the purpose of having one)Got one for my daughter who takes public transportation to work. She has to walk to and from the train sometimes after dark.

IF you buy this for yourself or someone you care about.....check the batteries weekly! Ours are only a few months old and other than testing have never been used. During a training this was pulled out to show effectiveness and the batteries were dead! Check em!

This came with no instructions so had to figure out how to put it together. Not as loud as I thought it would be and the key ring fell apart so I had to replace it.

I first saw Siren Song at a safety presentation & immediately wanted one as I work nights and often find myself walking alone in a dark parking lot. This is a great little device! It is not too clunky for my keychain however extremely loud. Also, the batteries were easy to change given the included instructions.Perfect!!! I ordered 2 more as gifts!!!

This little gadget is pretty loud. I hang it on the ya del of my purse but you could hang it on your kids jeans belt loops, just in case. You never know when an emergency arises, this may be the difference between getting attacked and the bad guy just running away. It’s pretty loud...

I love this item. If I ever have to use it, I'm sure the noise that it makes would startle a would be attacked long enough for me to get away. I feel safer with it attached to my purse.

I just received this device in the mail. It works, but the siren is not really that loud. Also, there are no instructions included about the device, like how to change the batteries. I certainly would not recommend this item to anyone.
