SuckerPunch Pickles | Variety 2-Pack | 24 Ounce Jars | (3-Pepper Spear + Spicy Garlic Chip) | Non-GMO

It is the first time I have purchased this Pickles. I am always looking for something new as I LOVE pickles. These are excellent. crunchy, not too sour and perfectly spiced.

Love these. I had not ordered from them before and was super impressed w the bold burger chips

So far the three peppers spears are hot and delicious.

Being that I love all things spicy, when I saw these pickles available I requested them right off the bat. This review is of: SuckerPunch Gourmet Pickles - Variety 2-Pack - 24 Ounce Jars (Spicy 2-Pack).These are everything I hoped they'd be, plus some. Talk about a sucker punch! Both types seem to have a sweetness to it at first, which did not make me happy because I don't like sweet pickles. However, again with both types, the sweetness fills your mouth first, but then, then comes the heat or the garlic, depending on which one you're eating. Don't get me wrong though, the heat does not completely overwhelm the crisp pickle flavor. I like hot and spicy foods when I can actually taste the food as well as the feel the heat. These pickles nailed it! I absolutely love them.I'll admit to a little trepidation ordering pickles online. We've probably all experienced a shipping mishap at times and I feared these would arrive in a box of broken glass and pickles juice. I needn't have worried!SuckerPunch should take pride not only in their product, but in their care of it, by shipping it to you nicely protected, so you can enjoy the delicioius-ness within!

Although calcium chloride is a last ingredient, I still kept the juice as an electrolyte infusion.The chips are better than average and remain crisp for a time. They are a nice added ingredient to sandwiches with texture as well as a sort of sour change to the overall taste against what I had chosen to eat them with (which tended to have spicy mustard, like pastrami and corned beef).The gherkins on the other hand, which is what I choose to call them, were the usual lacking in crispness I have found. I prefer a fairly well-known mass-produced 'refrigerated' pickle halves over them and the price is much lower on the store-bought version.Overall, my guess is due to packaging and shipping these are higher priced online than what one would find in the aisle. My preference of pickles tends to be about $1 less, with what I believe to be better ingredients which helps with the leftover brine/'juice' I've come to enjoy after the fact, but these were still worthy with the 'chips' rating at around 5 stars and the gherkins at 3 stars, but understanding, I tend not to like gherkins overall and mostly consider them some kind of holiday nuisance along with miniature hotdogs.
