Works well and cheaper
I buy these for my dad. He needs to use an ointment in his eye every night and stopped using it as he couldn't clear the ointment in the morning. His ophthalmologist recommended a similar product. It worked well but was pretty pricy. I found these and decided to try them based on the reviews. My dad says they work just as well and - as they're quite a bit cheaper and get delivered monthly with my subscribe and save - I was very happy.My dad is back to using his eye ointment nightly.

These eyelid wipes work great. They are refreshing and do not burn your eyes. Highly recommend for sensitive and even for dry eyes. I keep them in my purse and some at work since they are individually packed.

The box does not contain information about how to use these, or even how often. It does say it is for "Daily hygiene for contact-lens wearers", but it does not say if these can be used while wearing contacts. I have been told by my optometrist to cleanse my eyelids with baby shampoo to reduce bacteria. I also read the suggestion to do this if you have a lot of allergies because it can remove pollen from eyelashes and eyebrows. Using the baby shampoo is not always convenient. I thought these wipes would be easier for those times when using the shampoo is not possible. I will not be using them until I clear it with my optometrist.

Not what I expected
I'm giving a 4 stars because they are gentle with my eyes. The reason I did not give 5 stars is because I bought them with the purpose of helping my dry eyes. I was thinking if I keep them clean with these wipes my condition will improve. It didn't happen :(. I'm not going to give a bad rating because maybe that was not the intended purpose of the wipes.

I found this to be very comfortable to use and cleaned by eye lids thoroughly.
