Like Being in Touch With the Earth
This is a bed sheet for a regular, full-size bed. The grounding effect works better if bare skin comes in direct contact with the sheet, so I put mine on top of the fitted sheet. It stays in place pretty well just lying flat, but the straps that come with it do not work. The straps are too short to go under the mattress to anchor the sheet. I have not had mine long enough to notice the benefits, but someone I know has had one for awhile, and he claims it has helped him with headaches and weight-loss. It is suppose to have the same health benefits as being outside barefooted on clean dirt.

Great price. Hope this one works. This is my third half sheet I buy (for me and family). It is not a miracle, but definitely a great healing concept that helps.. I read Earthing by Clint Ober. You have to check to see if your outlet is correctly grounded - otherwise it won’t work. My house is really old - all my outlets are grounded despite the old construction. Not the case often with other places that I’ve checked. Buy one with an electrical Ground checker. There is a great website that answers questions. (Recommended unplugged during an electrical storm. Obvious advice that I hadn’t thought of.)

Fine, but
The quality is decent, at least initially. Issues:1. the item shrinks,2. No care instructions that I could find about washing/drying/pressing. Fabric infused/containing silver has been known to lose its silver during washing. because it has silver I dare NOT ironing.Where are care instructions??? I can’t be the first one asking. Not even on your website.3. Fitted sheet?

These sheets hold up well— 2 years and going strong. We tested them with a multimeter recently and they still work perfectly!

This was the best purchased I have made on my health journey.
It's only been a few days but, I love this sheet. I have not slept so well in years and when I wake up I have energy. My hip that usually clicks, pops, and sometimes hurts throughout the day has improved greatly. I'm not as stiff and I feel like I can get things done.
