I heat up the stones (2 on a dish, in microwave, 80 seconds) and roll them in pockets of towels, put them on my body (2 on the liver, 2 around neck/shoulders) before sleeping. The have helped me a lot during winter, good sleep, relieve pain and better digestion, and may be more which I don’t know. I can feel that the heat circulate down to the feet and then the whole body. With 80 seconds in microwave, it’s a good level, not burning, heat lasts for approx 1 hour, good enough for the result.Stones are round and polished, good quality (I’ve used them daily for almost 2 years now) and 100% natural. I recommend a try ! Price is quite high but it’s justified and worth for your health !

Very nice. Perfect size to fit in the palm of my hand. Retain heat well. Will be incorporating them into my massage practice.

Having never used stones befors some instructions would have been helpful.
