Following on from the bloody gorefest of season one, this ten-episode season raises the body fluid to a 100, as we see Ash returns home to Elk Grove to deal with his crotchety father (Lee Majors) and the towns belief of his Boogeyman past, rampaging killer cars, diabolical devil trees, and all sorts of evil minions of hell, while dealing with the evil Baal or Bill according to Ash. With each episode awesomely pushing us to our hardcore gore, and good taste, limits. As for the other characters story arc, it's a hit or miss, this season has given us a fully realized Ash, who was both hilarious and valiant, while also fleshing out his character more with a great "town boogeyman" backstory. It would have been nice to see Kelly's arc land somewhere more significant, but overall this was a raunchy, gloppy good time filled with grit and guts.

I absolutely love this show but the second disk wouldn't play at all. Looking through the other reviews for the Blu-ray and having done a Google search for problems with disk 2 not playing, I found quite a few threads dedicated solely to the issue.So, clearly, it must be a manufacturer issue. It starts up the disk, plays the logo with "Groovy" and just stops. Couldn't do anything to sort it with my Ultra HD Blu-ray player yet, oddly, when I tried playing it on my PS4 Pro it worked. So, unless you happen to have a PS4 to play it on then I wouldn't recommend purchasing it. (Even saying that I seen specific threads dedicated to it not playing on their PS4 so that might not even be a solution...)

Exellent,more,more Ash

This builds on the first season and is even better. Bruce Campbell is brilliant as Ash Williams and lets the character develop but the madness remains and yet there is a twisted logic that drives it forward. Lee Majors makes an appearance and offers great support along with the regulars.It remains gory and will not appeal to everyone (my wife included) but if you liked the Evil Dead series or are a fan of horror, in general, you will love this. There are times it ramps up the tension too but the humor is never far away. There are some great one-liners and the 6 Million Dollar man reference makes the whole season worthwhile on its own!

Great Picture & Sound for Bluray. Looks flawless & sounds like a mega budget movie. Only way this looks any better is when they give us the 4K UHD Boomstick edition! Great series as well Bruce Campbell owns the role & the style is so much like the original Trilogy of movies he starred in. Production design, set design, makeup FX & comedy horror atmosphere are all outstanding this is as good as the franchise will ever get & more than any fan of the series could ever wish for. Superb stuff & 30 min's running time is perfect for the shows modern format.What are you waiting for you primitive screwheads buy the Season 1 + 2 Blurays & support Season 4 (Season 3 is already made & airing Feb 2018).

More gore soaking than the first season. And very much enjoyed watching. Excellent choice for the hard core horror fan.looking forward to seeing the next season..

One word. Wow! I loved the first season, and hell I loved this one. What can I say. If you like your humour dark, you'll embrace this one with gusto. The humour was so dark I needed a torch. Sam Raimi, you've done it again! Bruce Campbell was immense, as was his fellow co-stars too. The gore was in your face, in their face, on the floor, ceiling and up the wall too. The language was fruiter than a pineapple sundae, the cinematography breathtaking, and to top it off, saw my hero Lee Majors play Ash's father, who was equally sexist and chauvinist. Can't wait for season three. Give me some more sugar baby. ?:D

Bonjour. J'adore cette série ainsi que son protagoniste Ash Williams joué par l'excellent Bruce Campbell .Si vous aimez le gore et l'humour parfois un peu "beauf" et décalé cette série est pour vous. P.S: Je me suis acheté la saison 1 et 2 mais je ne comprends pas pourquoi la saison 3 est aussi chère, hélas...

El producto está muy bien presentado pero me llevé una sorpresa al escuchar el audio....Se trata de español latino y NO ESPAÑOL DE ESPAÑA.Aun así recomiendo su compra.Como siempre o escoges este formato o te comes con patatas la edición DVD que la verdad pensaba que ya no existía.Somo el último país donde siguen editando nuevas peliculas y series en DVD y no BLURAY
