Amazon Black Shield Plant - Alocasia Polly - Houseplant - 6" Pot

Absolutely stunning, larger than expected, superb plant. Sadly, the package took a beating and the mask plant took quite a bit of damage. So far, it's lost 8-10 leaves from shipping damage. It seems like the plant is adjusting well and will probably survive. Because I think the plant will live in the long term, I don't feel the need request a refund etc. A stunning plant, just be ready for the plant to arrive in critical condition.

Shipping was quick and the plant is so pretty and healthy. The only problem is that it got a bit damaged during the shipping. I contacted the seller who was very friendly and professional. He's apologized about being damaged and is sending me another one right away. Great customer service.

I received the plant bent 90 degrees to fit in the package, which makes no sense if the soil is shrink-wrapped well. The leaves are in good shape and I should be able to bring it back to its natural position with time without breaking it. Otherwise, the plant size and health is as described and expected,

absolutely gorgeous plant and was almost in perfect condition. The stems were just a bit bent but once I repotted and straightened it with a stick it was perfect the next morning. The sellers even sent a letter with the package saying they will do everything to help with or replace a damaged item. They left a number where you can call directly for any help with your new plant as well as a care guide. I will 100% be buying from them again. The plant is so perfect the leaves look fake! I’m very happy with this purchase!

Like most Hirt’s plants I’ve purchased, this one came in looking great— lots of large, shiny leaves except for one, that had a little yellow/brown spot on it. I didn’t think much of it because the leaves looked so good, but that spot grew and spread to other leaves. To date I’ve had to remove 4 leaves after they’ve become covered in spots and started to wilt. So, beautiful plant but if you notice this issue, cut off the affected leaves right away!

My plant arrived earlier than expected but completely bent at a 90% angle, just from being in the box too long. I am across the country. I called immediately and the customer service was AMAZING. He didn’t even ask for a picture, he immediately asked me to send him my name and email and he’d send another ASAP. I will definitely be ordering more plants from this seller immediately.

I was very nervous to buy a plant on Amazon, especially one with such large leaves. It’s beautiful. I could not be any more satisfied with this purchase. I’m in love. It is beautiful and full, 13 healthy leaves!

Beautiful Alocasia "Polly" :) Arrived quickly but a bit worn, some leaves and stems broken. I trimmed those off, plant is a good size, still has plenty of nice leaves. Seems a bit difficult to safely ship this type of plant, looked like Hirts Gardens did their best to safely combine (at my request) and package the 4 plants I ordered.
