A yummy apricot treat!
Wow, these are yummy! I was concerned when I saw reviews about the apricot being dry. The ones I received were soft and plump on the inside. The apricot was also full of flavor. The chocolate made it even more special. It's definitely a high quality chocolate. The product was a little bit melted when it arrived (Florida delivery), but it was still very enjoyable in that condition. I was vey thankful for the individual wrapping. It's a nice healthy chocolate treat. I also tried their chocolate covered prunes. They are just as good (if not better). I will be ordering more of these in the future.**Update**I felt the need to update my review a day later. The product isn't as soft & plump as the first day I received them. I actually liked them better when they were a little warm and melty (from the delivery). They are still very good at room temperature. But, they are actually a little more chewy. It's still a good product.

personally disappointed
This product is OK...but I was hoping for real dark chocolate, and the packet I received seem to be almost milk chocolate

The dark chocolate might not be quality.
Maybe it was because the ice pack was completely thawed when I received my package, so the California heat got to it, but the chocolate coating did not taste like dark chocolate. It tasted like stale milk chocolate. The chopped apricot was sweet, moist, & chewy.

Disappointed
Lacking in flavor. The apricot is bland as is the chocolate. I do like the packaging though. Each piece is individually wrapped. Each piece is uniform in size and shaped. Liked the flavor of Barton's chocolate-dipped apricots better. Barton's apricots are more tart and the chocolate is darker and not as sweet. I hope Amazon gets Barton's back in stock soon.

Simply the best
These apricots have been my fav choc covered dried fruits. The problem is they are so delicious I want to eat a lot in one sitting. They are very special and I highly recommend them.

good but sweet
Although I thought the overall product was good, good price and value, for my individual taste I thought the actual fruit, which had sugar, etc added was way too sweet. And the dark chocolate was not dark enough to contrast with the fruit leaving it overall just too sweet. The fruit itself was good quality but I believe there should have been more tartness to them.

A disappointment
I had hoped these would fill the gap when Costco stopped carrying Barton's dark chocolate dipped apricots. I'll have to keep looking . . .These seem to be made of small bits of dried apricot mixed with a chocolate-like substance, certainly not dark chocolate. Not much chocolate flavor and barely any apricot flavor, no chewey apricot at all. They're edible, but not at all what I was looking for.If I had realized they were individually wrapped I would not have bought them at all. I'll probably take them over to my mom's former nursing home, where they may be perfect.

Affordable Delishiousness
These dark chocolate covered apricots were delicious. They arrived on time in excellent condition. They are excellent for a commercial product.I especially liked that they were individually wrapped, keeping them fresh and preventing them from becoming sticky altogether; that also keeps them fresh for much longer and that they will keep for however slowly you want to consume them. They are very well priced so they are a great treat that I can afford to have even on a daily basis. I highly recommend them so I give them 5 stars.
