Silicone Baking Mat - Set of 2 Half Sheet - Nonstick Easy Clean for Cookies, Pastries, Meats & Candy - Fit for US Half Sheet Size(Black)

This came just in time for my holiday baking! I was trying to use parchment paper, but I was going through so much of it (I have to be careful due to allergies and cross contamination). I also ALWAYS under or over measure dough for pies, empanadas, etc. I just wanted something silicone to help with stickiness. Without being aware, these can be used in the oven, freezer, microwave, etc. I used these mats on my cookie sheets for my cookies and had no issues; cookies didn't stick and the mat stayed in tact. I loved how easy these were to clean and dry. They are also dishwasher safe. The measurements were perfect in rolling out pizza for my daughter and dough for pie crust.

The Baking Mats are very nice. I will be using these to replace parchment paper and for baking. I have been a big stoneware fan. I haven't been baking much lately due to the stoneware weight, I am replacing my baking ware as it is very heavy. It also takes up a lot of cupboard space. I have decided on Silicone bakeware to replace the stoneware. I don't care for metal baking pans. So far I am very happy with my new choice in bakeware.( I do use a metal pan as support for the Mats and other Silicone bakeware.)

They are functioning silicone mats, but they are SO thin, their options for use are very limited. DO NOT use any kind of knife or sharp objects on them like you can on the thicker mats. Good price for what they are.

Very thin so I had a hard time getting them to lie flat on the baking sheets without bubbles. Also didn't cover the bottom of the Half Sheet cooking pan as I expected from the measurments advertised --too narrow. Returned them.

I've baked a lot of year without a "rolling mat" , well dang....I didn't realize how helpful they really are. No more eye balling crust sizes for me! I also use it for anything that I work on the counter. Not just dough and crust, great for keeping things easier to clean too.

Definitely concerned about the thick smoke coming off these at higher temperatures.

These stick great but are way too small. The circles are nowhere near what you need to roll for a typical pie plate. They should be double in size to be of any actual use.
