This item came in the hugest box I have ever seen and that proved cumbersome for an elderly lady. However, the item was relatively easy to pu5 together and my elderly aunt managed to put it up alone just following the directions.It would have helped had the different baskets been discussed in the Directions as the ones where only large items can be placed ended up low and the one to hold small items ended up too high to hold the smaller, frequently used items.It is easy to put together, adequate height and weight and build of solid and attractive materials.

I received all the parts described. The set up was simple, probably taking 10-15 minutes. The caddy has square baskets to hold more shower product. You can easily adjust the height between baskets. It accommodates larger hair product containers easily. The tension knob works to hold the pole in place. It has not slipped. The chrome was shiny. You can hang a couple of wash cloths or other scrubbers. One issue I have had is that the razor slots don’t quite fit my razors. I can place it in but it tends to fall out. Instead, I have used this feature as hooks for other items. I use the shampoo dispensing hole in one of the baskets for something else. Overall, it is good size, practical, easy to set up and seems sturdy.

I've seen other reviews where they say they are difficult to put together, or figure out or get the shelves to stay. Maybe it's because I've had one before, or am mechanically inclined, but I was able to put this together very easily without even looking at the booklet. It's pretty straightforward. You can see in the video, (ignore the small top shelf, it was from our previous product). We have varying bottles and weights on them, and as long as I got the silicone pieces up in/under the shelf, they seemed to be staying fine after a month (we have 2 adults using this on a daily basis, and I DID use a couple of the old, what I perceive to be better, silicone holding rings). I can't speak for the rust-proof part, but the quality seems to be pretty decent for the price. My only suggestion would be to offer options on WHICH shelves to include; we're not really washcloth people, and could've used more shelves that had the hooks (for our razors, pumice with handle, etc...but you can't please em all. Overall, I would buy this again

Love my new Seirione tension-rod shower caddy and only wish I had purchased it years ago. It came in a nice light package that was easy to handle and unpack. The chrome was clean and gleaming. Affixing the baskets to the pole was a piece of cake, especially after watching the video on this site. I did enlist my daughter for help when it came to install it in the shower itself as we found it worked better to have one person wield the top and the other maneuver the bottom of the pole into position. Even though I measured, we did have to adjust the pole length a few times. From opening the box to completion, it took about 30 minutes to assemble and install the caddy. And now that it's up, it's amazing. It holds seven large bottles, three smaller bottles, one large tube, two smaller tubes, a can of shaving cream and two sponges with room to spare, not to mention a pumice stone and razor hanging from one of the side brackets. My tub is way neater and I'm very happy with this purchase.

my use is in a large shower from floor up. it is large enough for all my needs and very strong.

I bought this for my mom’s shower, which was the type that you can’t hang a shower basket over the showerhead. This was the perfect solution. I have to agree with other reviewers, make sure you measure the height of your ceiling. I had to contact Seirione to get an extra extension rod because of high ceilings. I have to say they were amazing. They quickly sent me a new part. I lost the part. They sent me another one quickly. I installed it and it fit perfectly. I highly recommend this product.

The original pkg was missing the plastic fittings the shelves fit over. This vender was quick to send out a replacement and I was successful in assembling and installing it. This is a great company to do business with and the product is excellent.

The media could not be loaded.  The feet of the caddy probably work great on ceramic, but on a plastic tub like mine I have issues. The caddy slips very easily. I can move the caddy back-and-forth if I grab the foot of the base to slide it around, and my concern is that it may come crashing down if someone bumps into it or pumps a shampoo aggressively.

Facile à assembler et très bonne qualité, les plateaux sont robustes et restent droit, les bouteilles ne glissent plus vers l’avant et ne tombent pas sur le côté non plus. Je le recommande vivement!!

I tried the product which seemed to be exactly what I needed but ended up being in the height sweetspot where it could not be effective in my shower. I asked for a refund which was approved quickly and got a quick answer from the seller.

Received late in the afternoon.(Picked up). Unit only took about ten minutes to install.

I bought this item for the end of our tub. There is plenty of shelf space, it was easy to assemble and looks great. Great tension pole and is adjustable up to ceilings up to 9 ‘ 6 “ high. I would buy another one for our downstairs bathroom. Great product and the price wasn’t bad either.

Easy installation. It does the job and the bronze color adds classiness to the bathroom. I would recommend for sure.
