It helped reduce beard itch enormously.They recommend 1-3 drops per use. If this is your first week or so oiling, I would suggest going towards the higher end. But unless you have a large beard, I think 1-2 drops is sufficient for daily use.It says "unscented," but I think it has a soft woody scent. More importantly, and this is the reason for four instead of five stars, I think the oil is slightly attractive to bees.

Got this in the mail the other day, tried a few drops, immediately noticed the oil had gone rancid. While not terribly rancid or strong, there was a definite rancid smell wafting off my beard all day. Gross.

Used this for the first time today. The oil does work from a function perspective, I like the feel and look. This is definitely not a scentless oil. I am not sure if this is my sensitivity, but I am not the only person out there sensitive to slight smells. I saw earlier comments of it being rancid, I don't find the smell as rancid.
