Exceptional Value
First of all this is my first USB rechargeable light system and I appreciate the simplicity of this. Both lights slide off their mounts for charging when the release tab is pushed, and click back into place when replacing them in the mount. The headlight blinks red when battery is low, blinks blue while charging and steady blue when fully charged. The tail light is red while charging and green when fully charged. The tail light is amazing and it seems brighter than the front light. The tail light alone is worth the 30 bucks. I fully charge the lights before and after each use. With the front light blinking it lasted for over 3 hrs. on a ride while the rear light (fast blink mode) shut off right at 3 hrs. Today I rode for 79 min. with front blink mode and rear slow blink mode and it took 24 min. to recharge both lights. I don't believe I will ever have use for the low or medium setting on the front light as the highest setting is adequate. The tail light would be better if it was mounted in a fixed position and didn't pivot at all because the slightest bump in the road will have the light aiming at the ground.Edited 8/23/18My previous review did not give this product a fair evaluation. The headlight is much brighter than I originally thought it was. I parked my bike and walked about 50 yds. in front of it at night... man it is blinding for those that might be coming towards my bike. I complained that the tail light rotated down and shining on the ground while riding over bumps. I remedied this by positioning the light vertical and tucking the top edge behind my saddle bag and that keeps it in place. Because the mount rotates it allows me to easily unclip the light for charging w/o removing the mount. I have read reviews that complained that the headlight mount was too close to their cables and I was also concerned about this. The cool thing about this mount is the ability to rotate the light 360 degrees, so that installing the mount backwards and upside down, the thin part of the mount is where the cables run and the light is below the bars out of the way and aiming forward because it can be rotated 180 degrees :) 4 stars upgraded to 5 stars.Update 7/1/2019I have used this product for 10 months now. I had to use Gorilla glue to fuse the rear light and prevent it from pivoting. I have had the headlight blinking for over 4 hours without interruption, however the rear light shuts off after 3 hours. The strap securing the rear light finally broke yesterday after over 150 rides. That is okay because for the money it was still a great value. I am replacing the rear light with one that has more run-time capacity, but I really loved the Okiano brightness and modes.

and it lit the road up pretty well. I was doing exercise and pedaling about ...
I used this on the first day, at night, and it lit the road up pretty well. I hooked up a USB cable and charger to it because I didn't have time to recharge the battery, and it worked OK to use it while it charged. Now it is fully independently charged, but nice to know that ordinary USB charger can power this thing if its internal battery ever runs down on a long ride!I was doing exercise and pedaling about 12-15 mph, and the lights were sufficient to see the road completely. I liked the different modes on the lights. The rear light especially has some pretty cool special effects, like quick flashing from white to quick flashing to red and back and forth. Very good at getting attention from behind. I clip it to the edge of the saddle bag on my bike, road side so that cars passing will see the light as close as possible to them. The mount on the handle bars is also removable if you try and screw the latch loose, but I think I will just leave it on all the time. But the rear light is a flexible rubber strap mount, and this is great, because it can even mount to my bike saddle bag wire basket, and I mount it on the left most side, facing back. Works like a charm. Feeling safer at night.

Very Bright Lights that are Easy to Install
These lights have served me very well. They don't feel super durable, and are pretty light (weight-wise), but I haven't had any issues with them breaking. I've biked in the rain a few times and they've had no issues getting a little wet. Super easy, don't need to worry about replacing the battery, and I always feel safe biking at night now!I have to charge my lights a little less than once a week with ~15 minutes of night riding/day. It's nice that they let you know when they're running low on charge so you know when to plug them in. Also great that they come with extra cables.Very happy with this purchase.

Do Buy These Lights!!!!
The lights are quality, very, very bright, and a real bargain. Easy to install (no tools required), rechargeable via USB. Nothing more you could ask for at this price. Have used them for about 3 hours and still bright as the day I installed them. I will be buying a second set for my Yamaha Zuma 50cc scooter for day and night use because I believe they will allow drivers to see me on the road regardless of the time of day. The factory lights just don't stand out, especially during the day. Best money I have spent in a very long time to make riding safer.

Nice light set ruined by its low-quality mounting hardware.
I ordered this set last fall and once it arrived, I set it aside, as I wasn't riding my bike very much in the colder weather. Fast forward six months (Chicago winter) and I set about installing this set on my bike. The lights themselves are great, they charged up without issue, worked well, are bright, and feature some very useful modes. The issue is with the quality of the mounting hardware. Literally three minutes after opening the package, while attempting to install the headlight on my handlebar, the low-grade ad brittle plastic simply came apart in my hand. This, of course rendered the head lamp useless. I contacted OKIANO but was told I would need to purchase a new mount for $9.99. I guess I should have expected that since I ordered the set 6 months ago, but had hoped they'd be willing to go above and beyond. The representative did accuse me of using too much force while installing the light, which I am positive I did not. The plastic is just very low quality. Sometimes you get what you pay for.
