I'm a size 22 in womens clothing (40 inch waist). This sling fit my waist with extra room. Bought it as a gag for 4th of July. It's cheaply made and will fit seltzer cans easily. It's a little rough to fit standard 12 oz. cans, but it works. This was perfect for my needs
