I did not really know at first and was not quite done with the book when I started experimenting with prayer for emotional healing. For a long time I thought I was dealing with unforgiveness, mainly because of anger and bitterness. Now I still ask the Lord to help me forgive, because this is a choice! Then I just ask him to heal all negative emotions, to bind all wounds and anoint me with the oil of gladness. Firstly, I can’t believe how easy this book was to read. It is short and to the point. Secondly, it is easy to understand. Thirdly. the steps worked for me and I am utterly amazed. It really was just that simple as the title says. It happened for me!! I went on a healing journey in 2015 where God completely healed me of so many things I had going on in my body. But there was still 1 that I was believing for. Finally I asked Holy Spirit what lie was I believing and where was it in my soul. He showed me it was fear, which was the root of the other 23 symptoms that would show up in my body. I knew the event which happened when I was 5( I’m now 46). I know all these things but could not grasp what belong to me!! I thought I had cast it over on the Lord. It’s like I couldn’t get free. One thing I know about Holy Spirit is He will lead us to All truth. I did not stop seeking Him!! He always leads to the answer!! Then He impressed on me to Get this book!! Bam!!!! I followed the instructions and instantly just like that it was done!!! Then I took authority over the enemy, commanded him to take his hand off of me. Commanded my body to be healed and that 1 symptom immediately disappeared!! Love cast out All fear. Fear is a spirit!! So now whenever fear comes I reject it and receive the Love of God. I choose to believe. I talk back!! My soul is not my master. Jesus is!! The Lord said to me that He is revealing things in our past that has been a hinderance to us. It’s going to be like peeling back an onion, with every layer there’s a new discovery. And once we are set free go and set others free!!!!!! Jesus is Lord!!! I love Him so much.

A very easy to read, no-nonsense approach to emotional healing. Very effective. God makes things so simple. Thanks to Dave Hayes for putting this in an easy way for people to avail themselves of God’s healing presence.

A straightforward book focusing on our relationship with Jesus, and dealing with emotions by acknowledging them and allowing God to heal them. The book stays away from theological controversies, which is refreshing. A readable book.

I this book helped me to come to terms with past events and to be freed from their after effects. It is the only book by Praying Medic I would recommend - the rest are very dodgy and I have just put them in the bin. I was doubtful about his teaching when I read them but decided to keep an open mind and take his advice. No result. Stepped back for a while and then listened to his latest video and was appalled by what he is advocating: opening portals, getting advice from the dead (who are not really dead, according to him, because they speak to him in his dreams) was all I needed to hear. Binned the lot.I would rather be a spiritual underachiever than be in error.

This ‘method’ described for emotional healing works instantly and powerfully. Everyone’s experience is different and we must remember we are like onions and have ‘layers’ of things God deals with in us as we start to allow him.. but I personally found instant healing for something while reading the book, and have used the ‘method’ with others successfully a few times. But the simple fact is, it’s not the book that heals.. it’s Jesus..

I gained an ability of how to look at my life from a past that weakened the future. Reading each page I felt an ease within. I was delivered negatives, weakness and failure, a failure that robbed me of joy and peace, no self-esteem or confidence. I have only just read this book and it has installed a way of renouncing my past fears. I can't wait to try the techniques from within the book. It gave a clear easy way to help me to move on past my traumatic issues. An enlightening re ad. Very helpful can't wait to begin. I am going to write my issues out and pray over each until removed. This book is short and to the point. Just how I like books. I tried the prayer for emotional healing and it worked instantly. I'm planning to use it on people I'm working with.

A simple effective method of ministering emotional healing - so simple that you will be kicking yourself you never thought of it yourself. Impressive to read, I have yet to find out whether it works in practice. I enjoyed reading this short book very much. It could save a lot of time usually devoted to patient counselling because it goes straight to the heart of the matter.
