Comes in a very heavy box. Must assemble kit and door is in slats, you’re literally building the door! Wasn’t super clear in the description, so that was a fine surprise.It was a little tricky with adding the hardware and to mount it, need to buy an additional board + hardware for your wall. It took me about 2 hours to assemble, but instructions were clear and all pieces included. If you’re hiring someone to install for you, read the instructions for size of header board needed and don’t forget the screws for drill that contractor will need to mount the header board on first. The header board is important so don’t damage your wall and can get the door weight on the studs and not drywall. If going directly into wall, you have to be sure where your studs are when hang rail and relationship to door opening, the header board allows you to have flexibility and safer than damaging your wall as handles most the weight.It doesn’t get a great close (most barn doors don’t!) but looks really nice and cost a fraction of other options. My second choice cost 5x this, so overall glad I took a risk on this kit and it looks much more expensive, feels heavy & quality.

Instructions are very clear and easy to assemble.I installed two side by side in my tool room in the garage and was able to complete my project in 4 hours.I will most definitely buy again as my daughter wants one for her apartment.

Very pleased with this door. Exactly as describedand very attractive. Sturdy; slides smoothly and quietly. I can’t speak to ease of assembly or installation as I had a handyman assemble and install the door. He did it in a reasonable amount of time and did not mention any issue.

this made the bedroom look so amazing, changed the bathroom door out, the install is quite easy but you need two people just to be safe

It looks like the pictures provided, it looks sleek as our new door. Great product, looks sharp. I did not set it up but the gentleman who did do it had no issues. The box is heavy don't sprain your back!!

Need information on how to get a replacement spacer and lag screw. Should have been a hardware pack of 5 but only got a hardware pack of 4. Otherwise super excited about this door!

I'd purchase this again 100%. This door came in perfect condition and I immediately noticed it was a superior quality than other doors that were even more expensive. Assembly was extremely easy as slats just simply slid into place. Novice DIYers may want help with mounting the rail, but even that was easy. I do wish these companies would include the mounting board with the rail, but I had the wood and that didn't bother me. If this fits your style, but it. You'll be happy you did.

I have to say that when I ordered this item, I was a little concerned about the quality given the very affordable price of $339. This price included the door and all hardware. I have been pricing these barn doors for several weeks now and most start at $1,100 and go up from there. The door is solid wood, paint finish was perfect for bathroom humidity, and assembly was a breeze. Very heavy door and hardware was solid metal, no plastic. Design is very appealing too. I can't say enough good things about this door. It definitely exceeded my expectations and would recommend to a friend over and over.
