軽くは無いがしっかりよく切れる
少し重いですが、いいデザインでそして良く切れます。見た感じ耐久性もある様に思いますので長く使っていけそう！

だいぶ使用していますが，強靭なステンレス製で洗いやすく美しい。ナイフはフルタングではありませんが，木製ハンドルに３個のリベットで刃が止められ，先の方の波刃はパン切りにも使えます。ブラジル製品がこのように立派なお品であったことに喜びを感じています。値段と比較して良い内容で，買って良かった思っています。
