Only for big hands
I got this to increase my and my wife's forearm and grip strength. Only issue is the balls on the end are huge. So you better have big hands. I think I like the stick design better. Although it is nice to practice turning from the sides, regular way with hands pronated is a task.

OK with some workmanship defects
To early to tell the efficacy of this item but the workmanship is not satisfactory. There is a knot on the grip part that distracts from comfort of use. A little QA and attention to detail would go a long way to making this outstanding.

I love it.
This thing is amazing. It's exactly what I wanted to target the outside of my forearms. I am going to use this thing SO much now. The regular bar style wrist rollers don't really give me the same workout, it's hard to explain but the ball shape of these feels so much more natural. It's the perfect piece of equipment to target those muscles and I'll never use anything else again.

Excellent craftsmanship- worth the investment
Excellent forearm trainer. Smells incredible- like the real wood it is. Beautifully crafted, will be part of my routine for years to come

Armwrestling Wrist Stabilizer
Seems very sturdy and serves its purpose well. I like that you can hold it from the side or just straight, 2 directions of rotating the wrist plus it is actually much wider than I expected which is great for armwrestling exercises. I use this as a recovery workout by twisting wrists up instead of curling them in. Note: it has a wood stain smell (maybe made fresh) but I keep it in my gym bag so it doesn't matter to me.Edit: After over a year of usage it is still in great condition, the string is still strong. I use it about once a week winding up to 30lbs.
