LavacorePolytherm Multi-Sport Scuba Diving Hood (Large)

I have a 7 mil neoprene hood. It chokes me and makes me feel claustrophobic. The Lavacore is lighter, more flexible, more comfortable, and about as warm. My dive shop told me that these had become popular among local police and fire departments for winter use and I can see why. I started using mine for snowplowing and other winter activities, so I bought a second one to keep in my dive kit.My only complaint is I can start to see it fray around the bottom edge after a couple years of hard use.

The hood it's self fits acording to size and feels nice. However the neck length is ridiculously short. It will not stay tucked in to your wetsuit/skin or whatever top you wear.
