Built like a tank
After two months of use and abuse, the bag holds up to its name. Solid, sturdy, high-quality 500D Cordura fabric; this thing is built for war. The zippers are holding up nice and snug. No scuffs or noticeable marks are present. The velcro on the pouches is like new with no sign of wear or loss of strength. Plenty of room for 3 sets of change of clothes with 2 pairs of sturdy boots. Side "admin" compartment I utilize to carry important documents, books, notebooks, pens/markers, as well as my headphones. The two mesh container holders are large enough and snug to fit two full 20oz Blender Bottles. The shoulder strap does not dig into your shoulder as the padded velcro assists with that. Beautiful bag and perfect for everyday use and abuse. Highly recommend. I will definitely buy this again.

This bag rocks!
After replacing $30-$40 gym bags every couple of months, I decided to go a little more expensive. This bag did not underperform. It's made of great quality. The zippers, straps, and shoulder strap latches are all metal. Something that has always broken on my other bags. The bag itself is of a very thick cloth material. This bag is made to last. I got a large size and it has plenty of space. Glad I made the decision to get it.

Fantastic bag for powerlifting gear
I bought a $150 bag from King Kong with the same features (shoe pocket on bottom, belt storage around the bag) and the first one had a mis-sewn zipper that didn't open all the way bc it was too close to the seam for the bottle pocket. Complained, they don't offer refunds so they shipped me another one. It was better, but- for the price, the shoe compartment couldn't even fit size 12 flats for lifting in. You want to make a gym bag for lifters, and a 12 doesn't fit? That's bananas. I was unhappy with the purchase.A friend in my gym had this bag. After asking how he liked it, and him showing off all the features, I ordered one. I'll say this- I like it so much, that the $100 for this bag and the $150 for the crap bag from King Kong still make me feel like I'm ahead of the game. This bag is AWESOME. The belt loops work well and I don't feel like I'm wearing an ironing board on my back when the belt is in it (very stiff SBD lever belt). The shoe compartment is fully separate, not just a waterproof pocket inside the main compartment- which means you don't have to fight to get them in when the bag is full. And it's vented, so you don't have to worry about them growing funk if you don't leave them out to dry first. The front opens all the way from top to bottom, so it's easy to access all of your gear.Honestly, my only gripe, and it's very minor, is that they don't offer more colors. I'd love it in a charcoal/ grey. Hell, I'll gladly buy another one and gift my black one to a friend if they do. Now I'm stuck with two sub-par King Kong bags that I don't want to inflict on anyone I actually like...

Durable
All I wanted from this bag is durability. It has been 4 months of everyday use and nothing has ripped or torn on it. Not even a seam that ran a bit. So far so good. I grab the right strap regularly and use that side to put it on. The strap is still firmly connected to the bag no matter how heavy it has gotten. It even stays in the sun for a considerable amount of time and still no weather rot.

Big Bud still slightly too small
My martial arts gear bag that I've had for the last several years is finally starting to deteriorate, so I went to replace it. My desires for a bag were one where I could carry:*Sparring pads and mouthguard*Gi and muay thai shorts*Street clothes in a separate compartment*Shoes in another separate compartment*Water bottleIndividually, items fit in this bag just fine. The problem is that as you fill up one compartment, there's less space for the others. My shoes would fit just fine in the shoe compartment, except that with the main compartment full of pads, the shoes are getting squished. The water bottle fits great in the mesh side pocket, unless the next pocket is full with my gi. The smaller pocket (where I've put my gi) and the bigger pocket (where I've put my sparring pads) are also bumping into each other. The mouthguard pocket is great. The other two front pockets are slightly too small for my water bottle, which means I can't really use them.My stuff fits tightly in here. It's very squished. I may end up using the second "shoe" compartment for my street clothes, but I don't know if they will fit. What I wish is:*The two biggest pockets have more rigid walls between them and then between the mesh pocket, and be expanded slightly to account for the loss of elasticity. This would make the pockets not squish each other as much.*Slightly taller front pockets so that sports bottles will fit.*Give the shoe pockets an extra inch or two that is their own space, completely separate from the main pocket. They should be flexible at the start of the shoe pocket, and then have a few inches that are more rigid so they can stand on their own.Overall, this bag technically fits my stuff, and seems better fit than most options on the market. It's still not quite the right fit.

Strap broke
Love the bag, the strap broke fairly quickly. But I contacted serious steel and they shipped me a new one!
