Blue Recyling Bags 38x55 55 Gallon 100/Case 1.2 Mil H-RBL55

Our local trash company provides blue plastic recycle bins that we are supposed to cart to the street every week for pick-up then cart back to the house. That was too much carting for me, so I tried using these blue recycle bags. The waste disposal people picked them up with no problem and, I think, the drivers appreciated not needing to handle the bins. Since then I also replaced the brown trash bin with clear plastic bags for the same reason. Now I drop the recyclables and trash at the street on my way out on garbage morning. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the 1.2 mil bags are a little thin - 1.5 mil low-density resin are stronger and can hold more "beverage" containers.

I’ve used several brands and this one is the best. Thick enough to stand up. That’s what is necessary, isn’t it?

I love these bags the price is so right and the products have never failed me yet! I've reordered these 2x's so far in the 8 years I've been using them and I haven't found cheaper 55 gal. leaf bags anywhere!

Since I live somewhere where they charge for recycling bags AND make you drive to the central office to pick up the bags, these made my life a lot easier. I love Prime...it saved me over an hour of driving all over the city to recycle.

We use these exclusively for recycling and they do a great job. They always arrive promptly and in good shape. They are tough enough to take some abuse, but priced reasonably.

We recycle seriously and wanted a blue, large capacity bag for weekly pick-up. The bags are huge and are very strong which prevents ripping and mess. The bags need ties but we did not receive any. I tie the top of the bag with spare bread bag ties or simply knot the top of the bag.

They fit perfectly inside my 50-gallon Rubbermaid recycling container. The gusseted bottom also makes it less likely to rupture and cause leakage. Because of the stability of the gusseted bottom, I can even remove the bag from the container and set it on the curb without the container.
