Horrible construction, horrible craftsmanship, and the worst customer service I have ever felt with!
The velvet fabric itself is very beautiful and excellent quality. HOWEVER, there is NO doubt in my mind that child labor is most likely being used to construct these curtains! The length was NOT what was ordered and the lining was sewn on so crooked the curtains did not hang correctly. Up to 8 inches off from side to side!Before I knew this, I contacted the company through Amazon and was willing to return for a longer length and just let the puddle on the floor.They sent a return label WITHOUT paid postage. The cheapest shipping I could find to return four 84” curtains to India was the USPS at 225.00!!!! This is ridiculous to expect a customer to pay ANY return shipping, especially for an exchange because of poor craftsmanship!It was at this point I just decided it was more cost effective for me to take them apart, ripping out EVERY single stitch and completely reconstruct the curtains. It was at this point, that I realized there was NO WAY and adult sewed and hemmed this lining, and the velvet itself was so unevenly cut, I had to improvise and add a full foot of a complimentary material to reach the floor!Horrible company, horrible craftsmanship, horrible customer service and most likely using child labor! Once taken apart, I would guess a 5 yr old finished the lining and hem! Pathetic! I would not buy anything else from this company, ever!
