No. Do not bleach extensions. Doesn't matter what brand. I am a licensed cosmetologist and install extensions professionally. You can't do much with the black. You can die extensions DARKER, but not lighter. Do not bleach these. You should purchase the #60 platinum and then color them the fantasy color of your choice. If you want the colors to last, wash them with a gentle sulfate-free shampoo before coloring. Do not condition them prior to the fantasy color. After coloring, you can treat them like your real hair, but NEVER get anything oily like conditioner or hair oils anywhere near the tape. They will fall out and that would be YOUR fault.
