Update as 01/27/25 THIS COAT IS ALSO WATER RESISTANT. Just went to Niagara Falls, it’s was pouring raining and I remained cozy and warm. BEST COAT EVER!It’s extremely hard to find a good coat as a plus size, and when we decided to move to western NY I was in desperate need of a new coat, mine old one was crying for help.I am 5’7” with 320 lbs, and this coat fitted me just right on size 26.They don’t have a bigger size or I would have gone bigger just for extra comfort.I can definitely wear a sweater underneath, it has enough space. The faux fur inside is extremely soft and cozy!My favorite part is the hood that falls perfectly around your face.All the zippers and buttons are METAL I wasn’t expecting this quality for the price.I wish more colors were available on my size but the black fabric is beautiful and looks very resistant as well.If you are just like me and like to ditch your purse to run errands during winter, this coat got your back with lots of pockets!The armpits are a little snug but I have wide arms so it’s a problem I have with almost every coat I bought, just sharing in case you have the same problem. Doesn’t bother me but it might really bother you.Lenght is very flattering and waist adjustment helps me feel like a more proportional cozy potato, differently than other coats that makes me feel like I am wearing a puffy potato sack.Very warm and so far resistant fabric, don’t know about being water repellent yet, will come back here as I wear it to update my review.

All in all, a great Winter jacket! Well designed, well made, well priced, and true to size! This jacket is heavy and warm, with so many details, from the tiny tuck at the elbow to the flannel lined, multiple pockets. Love that it has an adjustable waist, a fleece lining in the front and back, and lighter sleeves. They move freely and have a cuff inside to keep the chill out. I can easily drive in it. Zipper is hard to work, but with a rubbing of soap and some use, it is getting easier. I highly recommend this warm, cosy coat!!

I wanted to love this coat/jacket but it was very heavy and hard for me to zip. it runs very large so you might want to size down. It would be perfect for a cold day in the snow. It is beautiful and the lining is very full and soft. I would recommend the coat to those who want a heavy winter coat/jacket.

I love everything about this coat; it's made for cold weather and the Light Grey color is just beautiful. The sleeves have an inner sweater cuff and the interior is incredibly soft and cozy. The zipper and snaps are heavy duty quality and work efficiently. I feel it's sizing is accurate-the pockets are plentiful and roomy. This is an excellent cold weather coat for a great price. I went with a size 10 so I can wear winter clothing and still have room to move.

I do not normally buy clothing on Amazon, but i took a chance on this coat because i really liked the look.Fits just right. Just warm enough. Cozy soft interior with lots of pockets. Removable hood(key!) and gorgeous sort of bright Merlot color. My only complaint is that it is quite a heavy coat to wear, but mostly i like it a lot. Hope it lasts a good long time.

I could have probably sized down and still fit, but I wanted the room for layers and the range of motion for my arms. It is perfect and I don't feel restricted at all.This coat looks and feels good in terms of quality and style. The green is a lovely neutral forest color. The hardware is still shiny and smooth a year later. It looks cute and the waist-cinch gives a nice shape. The hood is large and cozy. It does hang over my eyes quite a bit, but I wear glasses so that actually really helps keep rain off my face. Just be aware that your peripheral vision will be a little limited.It is indeed water-resitant, and even puncture-resistant. My cat likes to ride on my shoulders pretty much daily, but even though she uses her claws, it doesn't show any holes, snags, or damage.The hand pockets are large enough for my phone, wallet, keys, and pretty much anything I want to carry when I don't want to bring a purse. I also love that the pockets are fleece and keep my hands warm, even with all that other stuff in them. There are two narrow pockets on the chest that can hold pens/lip balm, or one glove each if the gloves aren't too thick.This weight has been ideal for my PNW winters, which are generally 20-50 (F) degrees, rainy, and very rarely icy/snowy. The sherpa lining goes across the shoulders in the back and down either side of the zipper in the front. It's always been warm enough; sometimes I don't even layer up if I know I will be going into a store because otherwise it can get a little too warm.A solid enough purchase that I remembered to come back and tell you guys a year later.

I absolutely love this coat! It’s perfect! Looks good, has lots of pockets, is warm, has 2 zippers for comfort, it’s comfortable, is waterproof, etc. The list could go further. I have purchased 2 of these coats in different colors. Please keep in mind the sizes run small. I had to get 2 sizes bigger than I normally wear. I do not like my coat to be tight. This size is perfect finally. Customer service worked with me until we got the right size. Great customer service! I highly recommend this coat!

This is the warmest coat I've ever owned. The lining is nice and toasty and helps prevent any wind from getting through. I think it runs a little big and considered exchanging it for a smaller size but I was too excited to get it.The green color is rich looking and the quality of the material has held up so far. It's exactly what I have been looking for!
