Relief!
Went to the orthopedic doctor. After reviewing my x-rays and giving me very detailed reading, he recommended orthopedic arch support. He warned that my weight would probably hinder the use of the brand he recommended but he wanted me to try anyways. After searching Amazon I found this brand for people over 220 figured this was better for me.I've been wearing Walkomphy for over a week now and it's been a vast improvement! I even recommend them to a friend that has the same issues as me.I'll try to update after the holidays when I'll be on my feet for extended periods of time.November 26, 2022Just spent 5 hours on a fishing pier. Last year I could barely walk. Now with the new Walkomphy insoles very very minimal pain. I'm enjoying my fishing a lot more!January 14,2023Still loving my insoles! A world of difference. No pain in my feet. Best choice I've ever made!

Squeak
Cons: After three weeks of wearing these insoles, I'm not sure if they are breaking down or what. I have never had an insole squeak or make noise you can hear when you step. I tried them in several different shoes and they all did the same thing. I'm a big guy at 6' 240lbs..But on the Pro side...they are 5 star all the way for comfort, fit, and support. At this point I haven't looked to see if they are returnable.

Literally saves my feet!
I have VERY high foot arches and didn't know so until I recently started a serving job. I would come home from a shift with extremely sore feet and hip soreness (that would be outright pain the next morning). I tried different shoes and one other pair of inserts, which were not effective. I tried these and OMG I cannot go back! I've now used these in my work shoes for four months and can say with utter confidence that the pain I'd feel in my feet and hips after working are gone because of these inserts! To be honest they're hard and uncomfortable the first few times of use. But I promise if you have high arches like me, these will save your body in the long run if you work on your feet! These were also a little too long, but it was easy to trim down to fit my shoea.

Plantar Faciaitis Is a memory
My wife had plantar faciaitis (PF) and wore a brace in bed keeping foot angled. When I started getting the heel pain I could not stand wearing that brace. I thought my old Spenco inserts would do the trick, nope. I finally found these and initially took them out and put in whatever shoe I was going to wear. Now I have several pairs and when a coworker complains about foot pain from our steel toe boots Ill go as far as taking my boots off and pulling out the insert to show them. So, I pretty much discard all shoe inserts when I buy a new pair of shoes so I can slip in my newest walk comfy insert. Please don't make the mistake of adding this on top of the insole the shoe came with. Yank that scrap out and put this product in.

Felt a little weird the first 2 days but is working great to help with my flat feet.
The arch felt like it was a few mm too close towards me heal but after a few days wearing them it feels fine now. It is helping as I have flat feet that kill me to walk without good support and most shoes just don't have good support and even if they do it doesn't last. These are a major improvement and my feet, legs, and back are feeling much better now that I've been wearing these for over 2 weeks.

Supportive but very Firm
These insoles fit the shoes and offer great arch support. They cup the heel for a solid fit, but lack padding. After 30 minutes or so you stop noticing how hard they are, but I can't say they're great for Plantar Fasciitis without some cushioned socks to protect your bruised heels. Try adding a layer of thin foam if you have the depth in your shoes. Not bad, but not great. All that being said, they are usable for short periods of time and do seem to help with foot strain.
