Works great
Enjoy this step. I use it for step classes with lululemon mirrror. Pretty stable for hardwood. Minimal movement. Worth the price.

A step up
Bought 2 of these to decrease the height of the steps into the house. They did the job. Turned an 8 inch step into a 4 inch reach. Don't use them for exercise.

Sturdy step
Sturdy, easy to use. The only thing that stopped a 5 star rating was the extra blocks provided for the extra height would not stay attached to the bottom after the first use.

Ease of use
This stepper is great. I can use it in the low position or for more of a workout I can put it in the higher position. Stepper is very light and easy to move where you want it.

Helps balance
I have serious problems with balance, especially stepping up and down curbs. A used days in physical therapy. The therapist told me that they were available to purchase. So, I was able to continue working on my balance with this (and other balance exercises). I find it has made a real difference in both my legs, strength, and balance. I’ve never really used the leg attachments which makes it higher. I just needed that curb height. If you have similar needs, I highly recommend purchasing this. It has really helped me.

Used after knee surgery
This step was very useful after knee surgery to do my PT exercise. However, it is not as sturdy as I would have liked and only has two levels.

Safe and Sturdy.
I bought this for my son who had a stroke almost 2 years ago. He exercises everyday and only has the use of 1 arm and wears a brace on his leg. He wanted the Step to practise stepping up and down with his bad leg. He feels safe and secure on this step, therefore I am at ease knowing he is exercising safely.

If you’re in good health if you’re in good health definitely not if you’re looking to rehab.
If my knees were in better shape this would’ve been a great purchase there’s nothing wrong with the product but if you’re looking to rehabilitate your knees I’d go for an exercise bike or an elliptical i’m hoping that after the surgery I will be able to use the product I’ve had steppers before this one is a good value for the money it just doesn’t fit my needs at the moment.

Basic Step with some minor issues
Great height that's adjustable. Two issues: 1) the "legs" that adjust the height of the step, when you go to move the step to a different location, keep falling out. So I'm constantly putting them back into their storage space under the step. Very annoying unless you plan on putting the step in one location and keeping it there, or storing the "legs" separate from the step. I bought this one because everything could be stored away neatly after use, but that's not the case with this step. 2) the platform isn't very wide so if you're doing step aerobics and forget to pay attention, your foot rolls right off the edge....can be very painful!!

Best for the price
This is a great step on step off board, but not meant for letdowns on the back. I wish it was wider. Best bang for the buck though. putting a mat under it is necessary on hardwood floors to prevent it slipping around when doing pushups off it.
