Works just as you would think. It relaxes me and the effect seems to last for maybe 6 hours or so. I take before sleep and it is really good.

Very potent theanine. So potent it made me fall asleep. If you’re not prone to sleepiness with theanine (I am), I think you will really like this product.

Those that are sensitive to caffeine like myself should be mindful when taking. I didn’t really understand what it was, but extracts from green tea and black tea are in this product, both contain caffeine. My heart felt like it was coming out of my chest. I only took it one time this morning. I never write reviews, but I absolutely love these products. Which is why I gave it a higher rating. But if you have a sensitivity to caffeine do not purchase this particular supplement. It says that it helps with insomnia, but I can’t see how. Every other product is a five star product I just have a sensitivity to caffeine and felt to share.

I'm getting about 16 hours of benefit from this. Time release is very effective. Its everything I hoped for and more.
