Purchased this lumbar brace after back surgery. Wearing this brace makes my back feel better, offering stabilization to my back and incisions. I would recommend this lumbar brace.

It’s a bit bulky. I like to place it under my clothes when weight lift. It moves when I move with is annoying . I want it to stay in place while I lift. Essentially it is just used when I am doing house work now.

Used it once since I got it 2 days ago. Gave me very good support fron lower thoracic to upper sacral spines. Also gave me total width support on the lower back. Velcro worked well. Like it so far.

I bought this brace while we were on holiday in the UK. I have osteoarthritis in my spine and a lower back problem too, which was exacerbated after lengthy walks and standing around in museums. It provided great support for me for the duration of our stay in London and I had no problems when we walked in the city streets and were standing for hours in the British Museum, the last museum we visited.I used it on our 2 flights (6 1/2 hours from London to Doha and 9 1/2 hours from Doha to Cape Town) and I actually experienced no discomfort whatever. It still provides good support particularly when I am sitting at my desk typing or in the car going for long drives. I have only had it for three weeks so will write another review after a few months of use.

I chose this back brace out of a selection all with 4 stars & above & excellant reviews about how the back ache went pretty much within hours of weating it.I have a terminal illness & in general my back isn't 'achy/painful'. My illness does limit me to minor tasks like washing up, cooking etc but in the last couple of weeks i am finding i can't stand for any real period of time & bending to drawers, freezer or standing to wash up is really uncomfortable. The pain in my back is like being in labour. Although its not 'alleviating' the pain i have found i have to keep it on 24/7 as its worse going without.My partner puts it on as he has the strength to pull it in tight so the bones sit in shape of my back.Overall though it makes no difference & certainly doesn't match the reviews or do what it says on the tin.I can see me having to get another one

I've been suffering with sciatica for nearly 10 months with hip and legs and back pain well I received this today and omg within 15 minutes of wearing it the pain vanished don't ask me how as I dont know my self but I do know it gives you pain free relief within 15 minutes it's absolutely brilliant think I've found my self a new friend 😂😂😂 wearing it to work too am a carer so yes it does my back in at times but this belt is absolutely amazing

I wasn’t sure whether this product would be any good for the price or even help me!The guidance picture on size is really important and helped me get the right fit.This brace has helped support my lower back and released pain in my upper back.Being compression means you can adjust it with an extra elasticated strap making it tighter if you want or looser. It makes it feel you are being supported rather than just having a belt around your stomach!Totally recommend

I have worn small back supports for many years, that have kept me going.This one is brilliant for gardening etc and for a bad attack.I have worn it for 2 part days and it has nade a remarkable improvement.A superb design and product. I would definitely recommend it.
