Got this for my wife for a trip to Orlando. It is lighter than the 100 or lbs in the description, weighed 73 lbs at the airport without the basket and armrests. With the seat setting on the floor and the tiller angled and tightened down over the seat, it easily fit in the trunk of our Sonata and rental Altima. On a full charge, it lasted over 8 hours at Magic Kingdom, only going down one green battery light by the end of the day. Same thing for trips to SeaWorld and Islands of Adventure and Universal. The only time the second light went out was at the end of the day and my wife used max throttle in the parking lots. This scooter exceeded both of our expectations and we are very happy with it.

First, Amazon and Engwe were very helpful towards getting replacement key loss.The rider is so comfortable/easy to ride. I am 5.5 woman, so if you are taller you may run short of leg space. I love the easy transport and ability to easily travel the casinos and boardwalk. It has a slow walking speed if you have walking companions, or fast speed for commuting. I would buy again!

The seller has repeatedly pressured me to remove this review.Packing materials were damaged and parts fell out when the box was opened. The gearbox was attached to the motor with only one screw instead of three. As a result, the gearbox twisted off the motor during shipping and broke off. The seller has insisted it was a shipping issue but it would not be possible for two screws to come completely unscrewed and disappear during shipping. It is clear the scooter was shipped with only one screw which may have allowed it to pass testing at the factory but then break apart during shipping.The seller has sent replacement parts from China but it would be like rebuilding the engine in a car. They sent a pocket tool, expecting me to be able to use it to rebuild this scooter but it would require a mechanic with professional tools.The usage instructions are sent in Chinese. The scooter came damaged but the seller did replace the the damaged parts.It really easy to ride. I do have trouble keeping the charge but I can’t prove that it dies after 15 minutes of use.The seller wanted me to send them proof that it’s charging properly but I don’t know how that could help because it shows it charging right.

This scooter rides very smoothly and is very easy to drive. You can position the seat to the height you need and it swivels to the side for east exiting. The only thing that is a con is it could be bigger. I am 5 feet 2 inches and would like more room so I can't see anyone who is taller fitting comfortably.

Shipping was great no damage at all,I am 6foot 3 and 230 lbs no problem with the space ! Could not ask for anything more! Perfect will be buying another for my wife so happy with scooter just wish it had headlights!

It came well packaged. Had a bit of a problem getting the battery in right place. But runs great so quiet. It does have a loud beep when backing up
