Yes. It is a tack pin about the size of a penny. Maybe a bit smaller.

I received one pin. I don't remember the description indicating that it was for two pins. The one pin was very pretty and seemed like a nice quality.

Q: is the message on the pin

No. If you zoom in on the pin, you will be able to read what the angel is for, but it is not on the pin. BTW. I bought several and they are very nice.
