Great variety of recipes
Keto diet is amazing. It helps me with many terrible symptoms, like relieving my brain fog, stomach problems and fatigue. I have an autoimmune disorder. This book has great variety of recipes - salads, soups, meat, chicken and seafood dishes and lots of dessert options. All desert options suggest an almond flour which I personally substitute with gluten free flour. It's great to have all recipes in one book and the recipes are great for inspiration. For example, I substituted a salmon frittata with chicken frittata, since I can't handle seafood well. Recommended!

Great for when I get to maintenance
Great recipes but many are rather high calorie. Would prefer recipes by various calorie level total macros. But these will be great once I hit goal weight

Helpful and useful book.
This is the perfect guidebook for every kitchen and home. It has included whole 30 days ketogenic meal plan recipes content. If you take it and follow up so you must be getting the good result your daily meal plans. I buy this book from Amazon and satisfied with this book. Well, content was written via author. I prescribe this book.

Useless - doesn't integrate and there's a limit to copy
I bought this so I could be successful in starting keto. This book doesn't have a shopping list, yet you're preparing from scratch every breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner on a daily basis. So I wanted to put it into my Paprika Recipe App so I could create a shopping list for the week without adding up all the individual ingredients in the 28 weekly recipes. So I started to copy and paste the recipes into it. I only made it through the breakfast recipes, still had lunch, snacks and dinner to go - when it told me I had exceeded the copy limit. It would take forever even to dictate these into the app, so I'm deleting it from my library and going to buy The Carb Manager App instead. Was hoping to save some money, but I guess you get what you pay for. If you can't access the book, the author at least needs to add a weekly shopping list to this book to make it usable and allow success for those wanting to really make a go at going Keto.

Everything sounds pretty yummy!
I only gave it 3 stars because it was poorly edited.some recipes had titles that were not indicative of the actual list of ingredients . Some directions were awkward. Luckily , I have been cooking for 60 years, and could work my way thru it. I also have25 years cooking professionally. This was my first experience reading about keto, and I am interested. It just wasn't a great introduction. I am sorry.

A helpful tool for Keto dieters
With the new craze, Keto Diet, this digital tool is an uncomplicated and effective way to get on with it. I love the easy to understand and follow format of this plan. 30 days of great delicious cooking ideas, that are easy to follow even for the inexperienced cook. Would recommend to all who is looking to start Keto -ing.

Good recipes, however a little confusing.
Slightly confusing recipes, it will have an item as an ingredient, then there is no instruction on when it goes into the recipe and vice versa.But definitely helped kick start our Keto journey. I will keep this book and just write in the tweets lol

Good recipes but better books for Keto available.
Good book but read recipes carefully. Many recipes are not Keto friendly (at least when you are doing very low carbs). Also some recipes have ingredients missing in ingredients list but the are in the instructions for preparation. One recipe is titled Bacon Cauliflower Salad but recipe itself refers to broccoli several times. Enjoying the book but be aware of inconsistencies.
