BESTVITE L-Carnitine Tartrate 500mg per Capsule (240 Capsules)(120x2) - No Stearates - Non GMO - Gluten Free

I've been taking Carnitine for over a year now and have switched brands a couple of times due to cost increases. I selected this because my usual brand was not available at the time. I will not purchase this again as all the great effects that I've had from the use of L Carnitine are absolutely NOT available in this brand. It also causes sharp pains in my stomach if not taken with food. Also, it's supposed to help with weight lossit doesn't. I have gained 9.2 pounds since starting use if this product. It has caused my neuropathy to worsen to the point I cannot stand on my feet for .ore than a half hour. I just found my usual brand at an online W mart and have reordered there. I hope and pray that once I start using it again the profound effects it had on my legs will return. I don't know why my usual brand has gone up so much here on Amazon but I will continue to buy elsewhere until sellers realize they are selling a supplement, not stocks. The prices on Amazon rise and fall like the Dow Jones exchange with "excuses" for the increases in price. The prices are not inflated at other online sellers right now. No matter where I purchase however, I will NOT purchase this product again. Ever.

These are 500mg L-Carnitine Tartrate capsules. Not 500mg L-Carnitine as L-Carnitine Tartrate which would be 750mg. So if these capsules are 500mg they only contain about 335mg of L-Carnitine. The rest is the essential amino acid Taurine. If you want 1000mg of L-Carnitine you'll need to take 3 of these capsules.120 of the same size empty capsules weigh 15g. 120 of these full capsules weight 82g. So each capsule contains about 550mg of L-Carnitine Tartrate. Surprise. L-Carnitine Tartrate is hygroscopic and so can absorb moisture from the air. Another brand I have used comes in the next larger size capsule and contain rice flour and mag stearate. The L-Carnitine Tartrate powder tastes about right. So perhaps the capsule filling equipment doesn't have a need other ingredients to speed the process.

!Works Great for multiple issues and great for energy as well. Mid section weight is decreasing. I walk about 6-7 miles a day and the weight didn't start coming off until I began using this product. Will Definitely Buy Again.

Capsule form with no magnesium stearate and Non GMO. Would love to see them change from gelatin to a vegetarian capsule. Overall good value product.

Not sure if it is working or not. Giving it another month of use to fully evaluate.

I never wrote a review about a product before but I felt it necessary not only because this product outperformed another l-carnitine supplement from a chain store at twice the price but the customer service for this company also in addition to the product quality gets a 5 star rating from me. I have only found 2 products on the market which uses the purest form of l-carnitine which is Carnipure without the use of any flow agents like magnesium stearate and this specific one is half the price of the other and a lot better quality. I would recommend this product and this company to anyone out there looking for the very best!
