Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service! Product is very functional and does as you would expect. The only thing I havent done is put this item in the dishwasher. That will be the pass/fail test. Will update review.

Cool idea, bad quality
Poor quality, had it two weeks and the plastic on the cap has torn from opening it to drink... isn't that what it's meant for? Bottom line for the price buy something else

Won't last long
Loved my new bottle at first but had it 3 weeks the cap you open to drink ripped off and was stuck inside opening...strange

Brilliant bottle. Just want I wanted!!
I have been using this everyday for the last three weeks and I love it! Its hilarious and I feel like a badass carrying this bottle around. Not the kind of thing you can slide into your backpack but the handle is wide and easy to carry. I'm done with the cheap plastic bottles from the supermarket or ebay that cracked or kept leaching that gross plastic chemically taste into my water. I guess you get what you pay for. Time will tell how it stands up.Good flip lid that's easy to pop open and hasn't leaked yet. Lid is sturdy, plastic feels very strong. So far I've been using it at the gym, at work and even in the car. I thought it would be too big for the car but I just toss it onto my passenger seats without any problems. I wish they have more colors. I've recommended this bottle to my friends and classmates. My pee is no longer concentrated everyday and sickly looking lol 10/10 water bottle!I will give an update after I've used it for longer and see how it holds up.
