It looks professional, the zipper on the 1st one sucked but the replacement it's perfect. So check your zippers first and foremost. The interior strap for the laptop compartment is rather long so it allows movement of the laptop unless you have a super super thick laptop. Over all I'm happy with it thus far.Update 4/5 - fabric is already peeling in places. Very disappointed.

I purchased this bag recently. I received my order on time, and it was well-packaged. I was very impressed with the look and feel of the bag. The "leather" looks very nice, and it is soft and textured. On the whole, I thought that this would turn out to be a good purchase. Unfortunately, I then decided to put my gear into the bag. First, the laptop pocket is a snug fit for a 15.6" laptop - but it fit, as the description said that it would. The other pockets are well-designed, and the front snaps are nice. The last thing I needed to put into the bag, I put in the rear pocket. Unfortunately, when I went to zip the pocket up, the zipper broke and split up the middle. I tried for ten minutes to get it to work again, but there was no hope. I am returning the item. I really liked the bag, but not being able to zip it up to secure my items is a problem. As I looked more closely, you could see that while the maker of the bag put more money into the obvious metal snap-closure straps, the zippers were very flimsy and thin - not what was needed to last with a heavy-use bag. Also be aware, Amazon or the seller would not replace the item - you can only return it and reorder. While you can do this, it is more of a hassle.

Good bag but zipper broke after 3rd day.

I am delighted with the quality of this bag. It is well made and was exactly the size I was expecting. I especially love the versatility of carrying it using the shoulder strap or using the handle. It is also surprisingly light-weight. The product arrived in excellent condition and on time. My only "compliant" is that it is not as expandable as I had hoped, so my lunch bag does not always fit down inside. ;-)

This bag is great! I use it all the time. The craftsmanship is of good quality for the price. The multiple pockets make it very handy. The price of the bag makes it totally worth it. I am very pleased with the purchase. I recommend this to others. People ask me where I got this bag over and over! Great purchase!
