Had to pass a cable across carpet in a corridor. This was the ultimate solution. It has solved the problem of trips and cable wear perfectly. Recommended.

The stick on the carpet was not so good

We have the traditional square office floor tiles and this is sticking super well to it and covers the extension wire perfectly, we only have one cable under and you may get 2, but I'd say no more than that, unless they were thin. It stops it from being a trip hazard but there is obviously still a bump on the floor. I'm not sure it would grip to a regular fluffy carpet. Perfect for what we needed, we would buy again.

Perfectly normal, reasonably short uk carpets here. Doesn’t stick, even remotely. May as well place a smooth plastic sheet on the floor for everyone to slip on. What a shame, and what a waste. Had to go in the bin since it would never be fit for purpose. No point in even storing it in the toolbox for another purpose.Only now have I seen the words, right at the bottom of the description: “Warm notice:Only for felt carpet”.I assume that is supposed to say WARN NOTICE. Seems like it would have been far more informative for the product name to have ‘FELT CARPET’ in it, rather than just carpet, or at the very least to place said warning in the product DETAILS.Felt carpet, is not widely used in homes, at least in my experience. Should never have the word home written in the bullet point.If you’re buying it for an office with felt carpet flooring, it may just work.

I bought this to cover up the wires for the Xmas lights as I have 3 cats and this did a fantastic job at not only hiding the wires but ensuring they were safely tucked away from small paws! Looked very neat and tidy and was easy to cut to size. Can be reused on different areas too so should last a long time.

This DOES NOT WORK I brought it to hide some cables on my carpet, it doesn’t stick AT ALL… it just lifts back up even after being weighed down for a bit. I Can not recommend not buying this enough, unfortunately you have to break the packaging to get it out so I can’t even return. Please do not waste your money!
