One of the suction hooks didn't work, but the birds don't care. They love it!
As other reviewers stated, one of the three suction cups was inside out and didn't stick. I hung it with just the two ramaining suction cups on either side and it's been fine. I have several large blue jays that will stand on it three at a time (two at the opening and one on top of the dome, waiting his turn), and it hasn't fallen off yet, so I guess two suction cups is sufficent. The birds found it after 4 days and it's been a constant steam of hungry birds ever since. My favorite are the red headed woodpeckers because they will tap on the window before they eat the seed. I have another hanging window feeder that has a removable tray, and while I like that I can pull it out and dump the hulls, this one holds more seed so I don't have to refill it as often. I keep this one on my office window at work and co-workers love watching the birds fly up and eat.

Sturdy and fits multiple finches but needs drainage
This feeder has been very sturdy and survived 2 squirrel attacks. The birds love it now that it’s been up for 3 weeks, generally we get 2-3 finches trying to fly into it at one time. It fits one cardinal, we have a mating pair that take turns in it. It didn’t come with drainage holes but I added a few with a very small drill bit and it’s been working great since.

At first, the included suction cups did not hold up this feeder too well-especially when you have squirrels resting inside of it!!! But, after contacting Grateful Gnome, they immediately replied and sent me a new set of suction cups which seem to work much better.I have pretty much failed in all of my "creative" attempts to keep those brilliant squirrels out. Recently though, I have switch to "Brown's Bird Lover's Blend No Squirrels… Just Birds! Wild Bird Food" and have had some luck. (It's expensive)My quest continues...

see birds through the window
Bird feeder and 3 suction cups.I cup was inverted. Inside the packaging it recommended you put it in hot water to reshape it but it did not help. Was able to hang it with 2 hooks. Bird feeder is washable and i like that i can see the birds through my window

WOW! has this ever been enjoyable!! It's like having on the National Geographic channel in our living room window! Who knew that male cardinals feed the females? He puts the food right into her little beak! So sweet! (It took them a week to find it. Don't give up!)

Birdie diner is open
One of the plastic suction cups was defective but I had one laying around and I replaced. Now works like a charm and provides hours of entertainment for everyone.

Suction cups unusable, feeder keeps falling
I'm sure the feeder functions just fine when it's hung properly, but unfortunately when ours arrived one of the suction cups was inverted and refused to reshape properly. Because one of the cups won't stick, we've tried just using the two that do work. Unfortunately, two isn't enough to hold the weight of bird seed and I suppose actual birds. Pretty disappointing.

Maybe for a "large" budgie
"Large"...um no. A Robin, blue Jay, cardinal could not feed from it. Maybe a budgie would fit.
