Smashbox Studio Skin 15 Hour Wear Hydrating Foundation, 1 Fluid Ounce

I liked this as it went on smooth and nice coverage. For more mature skin it didn't accent lines.

I have used Smashbox foundation for years and this was the only stuff that worked for my combo skin and it gets very hot and humid in Virginia so my upper lip would sweat a bit so I needed a kick butt foundation. This was it! No issues until I bought this stuff from Amazon. I used to buy at Ulta but found it cheaper on Amazon. This is NOT the real Smashbox foundation AT ALL. It’s watery as all heck and I need to apply it twice just to get it to show on my face. It makes your face VERY dry, uncomfortably dry. Even after applying oil free lotion and primer first. It also “dusts” off. I apply setting powder and NYX setting spray after and soon after, it looks like dust on my face and comes off so easily. It’s soooo bad. I hate this stuff. I’ll need to go back to buying at Ulta now.For your sake, please don’t buy it on here. I’ve posted some pics to show how bad it looks on my face and how dusty it looks. I do not recommend this stuff at all. I’m a makeup connoisseur so I know makeup and this stuff def isn’t it!! Don’t buy here!!

I have been using this foundation for quite a few years now. It is very lightweight yet provides very good coverage. It doesn't cause any skin problems. I have no plans to switch to anything else.

I have oily/acne prone skin and I need a good coverage foundation. This leaves a bit of an oily sheen on my face, and I don't feel like the coverage lasts longer than 2 hours. I'm a nurse I run around and sweat All day so I need a matte & stay put foundation. This just didn't cut it for me. Even when I first put it on I am not happy with the results. So instead of being out the money I just add it to my Born this Way foundation when I need/want less coverage and I won't be sweating all day. I also bought the wrong color , but like I said I mix it in with other stuff , sometimes I add it to my concealer too since the color is too light for my skin. However I will give it the 3 stars because it doesn't crease or look cakey and I do use it under my eyes. I'm 34 and am starting to get the little creases around my eyes. This foundation doesn't pronounce them like some do.
