This is great i have used for a week now it helps with bloating i have seen good results with the bloating The caffeine in it prevents me from feeling tired . it works great as an appetite suppressant . I am only taking 1 a day in the afternoon right before my 1st meal of the day I recommend it as a useful supplement to lose weight along with proper diet and exercise. I've only been using the product for 5 Days now, so I haven't noticed any significant weight loss yet. But what I have for sure noticed is the appetite control.
