Perfect alternative for electric pump..
It is very useful, works as expected, though it is manual it has good suction and pumping motion, good for on the go scenarios. Quality is also good.

Painful and less milk collection
I have used this product as a first time mom and it is really painful and the milk supply with this pump is quite low. Recently I ordered medela breast pump and that is a wonderful product as compared to this useless philips manual pump. Philips manual pump is painful and take a lot of time to express even a small quantity of milk. Also the process is quite tiring for hands.

SCF 430/01 don't but if hygiene and storage is a concern
The media could not be loaded. I'm a first time mom anxiously and excitedly looking forward to use this. Have heard wonders of Philips Avent products. I was disappointed however to see that the suction chup did not have a cover. Some may think its ok but I feel after sterilizing the pump leaving the suction open is unhygienic. Also the bottle does not have a lid. How do we store expressed milk? Imagine how many different storage items are being used because of this. Isn't it best to jst pump and store in same bottle? I wanted to return the product but it is unreturnable due to hygiene concerns. But I thank Amazon for their cooperation in giving me good value for this product. Mommies please skip this model if you are as finicky as me about hygiene issues. SCF 430/01 I will skip and try to find a better avent manual pump model.

Excellent product
I am writing this review after a month of use. I must say its a Life saving thing. My preemie baby was not able to suck. I was searching for a Breast pump at mid night all city to get a good one. But Amazon provided this. It took 2-3 days to reach us. After pumping we feed our baby by same Phillips Avent bottle. It solved our issues. its working fine after a month now.Suggestion: Buy another phillips avent Bottle along with this pump. Because after pumping you will need a nipple and cap to feed also. If you have bottle cap and nipple then you can use it with pump bottle also.

I was little doubtful about use its hurts may be but its not it’s worth product easy to clean easy to use with hurt silicon part’s comfortable on skin i really like it
