This is a great heating pad! It is made of a very nice flannel cotton rather than the vinyl you find in other heating pads. The cover is attractive and machine washable. The pad is cool to touch yet delivers great heat when needed. The control is easy to use and has four heating options. It also shuts off automatically after two hours, an important safety feature. The only thing I do not like is the clicking noise the control makes when being set. I could not use the heating pad in the bedroom because it was too noisy for both my husband and me. In the living room, however, the noise does not bother us. I would definitely recommend this heating pad.

We have no complaints about this heating pad. It is light weight and has a nice controller. My wife has used it for the last couple of weeks and likes it. It isn't a big fancy one but we just wanted one that works and isn't too large to lean back on. So far, all it good.Cheers!

I decided, when I realized that the heating pad I had for, say, something like 30 years, was not even warming up to my normal body temperature, that I needed to research what’s available now. I looked at the usual suspects, brands with which I was familiar—including Sunbeam, which I’ve used, and Thermophore Classic Moist Heat Pack, which was highly recommended to me by a friend. But I kept returning to the Pure products page on Amazon and was at first drawn to the design options of the Pure Enrichment PureRelief Express Designer Series Electric Heating Pad. I ordered the pad with white palms against a blue background, which, actually, is called Palm Aqua. I was surprised to find that it not only looks terrific and, therefore, embodies a sense of comfort, but that it’s cloth covering is smooth and soothing and can accommodate a spray of water to make moist heat (which I didn’t pay attention to when I ordered it). It heats up instantly and keeps a steady temperature. In the pictures of it I was also drawn to the shape/make up of the control—its curves and roundness and buttons were appealing. I also like the safety shut off feature. And I love the string tie bag in which it can be stored So, yes!, I am sold on this wonderful new heating pad. Now to wish for another 30 years . . .

As someone who experiences chronic pain Due to endometriosis I need a heating pad for most rooms in the house so i was looking for a product with a cute design and most importantly something that would provide relief, I use this heating pad pretty much everyday and it’s perfect for night time because it doesn’t get overly hot and shuts off when the button hasn’t been pressed after so much time. Definitely something I would recommend for someone with chronic pain or just someone wanting to keep One around for the occasional back ache it has a nice soft heat will also give off a higher heat setting.

I used the same old crinkly plastic heating pad with my DIY cotton cover for probably 20 years. But it got so uncomfortably hot I would have to turn it off. I ordered this one because of the "complaints" that it didn't get hot enough. So far I am pleased with the decent cover and the four speeds. On warm, it does start off hot but then simmers down. I have not tried it at the 3 higher settings because this is plenty hot for me. I don't know why anyone would complain it's not hot enough as you can get get burned from a heating pad. It does have a 2 hour shutoff which is good because I don't want to wake up with a burn. I seem to be one of the few who actually is using it myself and not for rescue animals!

I am in love with this heating pad! I just took it out of the box and already can feel a difference in my sore back muscles. I am currently 5 months pregnant & I can tell it will already be a lifesaver for the rest of my pregnancy and beyond! I just tried the moist heat option and it works great. Thank you for supplying such a cute and functional heating pad I can take with me anywhere!

Exactly what I was looking for! Just a little over 12 inches, it's the perfect size that fits my lower back and helps during those times of the month. Easy to use control with 4 different heat options and auto cool down feature. The heating pad cools down quickly after shutting off even if used at the highest tempature. The material isn't itchy and doesn't irriate my skin. The electrical cord is a nice length. Would highly recommend!

Regarding this Pure Enrichment heating pad, I'm impressed how high the temperature becomes even at lower settings. My old heating pad, a different brand which unfortunately ceased to function, needed to be at the highest set point to build adequate heat, so this is a new experience. On the Pure Enrichment pad, I occasionally wish there was a middle between the "warm" and "low" settings, since the second tier "low" can quickly become fairly intense for me. Therefore, I have mostly utilized the "warm" setting, which aligns with advice from my chiropractor. Of course, warmth on higher settings can be further adjusted by use of additional fabric between pad and skin.I had difficulty finding a trustworthy pad of this particular size, so I really appreciate the 12" x 15" option. I find the controls robust and easy to use, and the 2 hour off timer was mandatory. I also really appreciate the storage bag, which turned out to be more useful than expected.Overall has been a great heating pad to have as needed.

at first i thought it didnt really warm at all on the highest setting. I went down one setting and it got pretty warm quite warm actually. but it doesn't shut down after 2 hours it shuts down after 10 minutes on the dot every time. finding it virtually useless. if I just wanted ten minutes Id use and hot water bottle

This is a awful heating pad.For one, it’s completely flat and hard, so you can’t bend it properly to your shoulders, neck or even tummy.Two. The heat in it is Luke warm. After about 10min of it being turned on high it’s even a weaker warmth.I don’t even know why amazon allows it in their marketplace.I returned it and got a refund.

I looked at customer reviews for a number of products and brands and decided that this size and price point suited me.I was initially surprised at how lightweight the product is and was concerned about it potentially being flimsy.That has not been the case. The controller is easy to use and I like that the light reminds me that it is on. The auto shut off feature is welcome as I had forgotten to turn off my prior product twice and was concerned to find it still on hours later.The product does what it promises. It heats up quickly and provides a range of heat points to suit my needs.I am pleased with the purchase and would recommend it to others.

Really love this. Came with its own carrying bag which was lovely and I love that is has the auto off option as most nights I use it as I'm going to bed, I personally could use a higher setting but I know that for others it wouldn't be comfortable

The Pure Relief Express Designer Series Heating Pad is a delightful product and serves all my needs very well. I am 31 weeks pregnant and suffering from a lot of back and lower body pain. I received the heating pad about a week ago and have used it every night with great results. The heating options are a useful feature as is the 2 hour auto-off. The designer cover makes it all the more appealing as a bed-side asset. I am very happy with the product and recommend it.
