I bought for my daughters room and it is perfect!! The light has little holes like stars and it is so pretty!! The speaker isn't as bad as I expected when I first looked at it. I would recommend for a kid/teen.

WE HAVE TWO OF THESE LIGHTS ONE IN OUR CHILD'S BEDROOM AND ONE IN OURS - OUR CHILD HAD A HARD TIME ADJUSTING TO SLEEPING IN THEIR OWN ROOM THIS LIGHT HAS DIFFERENT MODES AND IS ABLE TO PLAY MUSIC ( WE PLAY CALMING MUSIC) IT HAS HELPED OUT CHILD ADJUST TO SLEEPING ALONE AND IN THEIR OWN ROOM. I WORK IN EMS MY JOB CAN BE MENTALLY AND PHYSICALLY CHALLENING AT TIME SOMETIMES I JUST NEED SOME RED LIGHT IN MY LIFE - LIGHT LOW RED LIGHT ( ITS IS GOOD FOR CALMING) AND A LITTLE BACKGROUND NOISE TO DROWNED OUT THE NOISE OF THE SIRENS. WE ALL ENJOY THESE LIGHTS. THEY WERE AFFORDABLE AND EASY TO INSTALL . THE REMOTE MAKES IT NICE BECAUSE WE CAN DO EVERYTHING WITHOUT DISTRUBING OUR RELAXATION.
